What an amazing company! I'm currently converting a part of my home into an ADU, and EcoHeat has been by far the most pleasant company I've worked with. They're responsive and transparent. Albert in particular was incredibly knowledgeable. My home is over a century old and his team was respectful of the space. They left it cleaner than it was when they arrived and were professionals every step of the way. I'll continue to work with EcoHeat for all my HVAC needs.

I used EcoHeat to replace my furnace with a central heat pump and 3 wall unit heat pumps and I could not be happier. Albert came to do the estimate and he covered details and considerations none of the 8 other companies did. He mentioned things to consider long term and explained his reasoning for why he was selecting the units he was for each space. Such detail, so conscientious, and such thoughtful design. PRICE - they were SIGNIFICANTLY lower than all 8 other bids (even with the exact same equipment). Installation went smoothly and the team was courteous, friendly, professional, and hard-working. They were really great about walking through the full system when they were done and asked me questions along the way about how I wanted to do things that would impact the aesthetics of my home and future planning for other systems. I've used dozens of contractors across 5 homes I've owned and these folks are really one of the best. The Office Manager was also very communicative and helpful in walking me through my financing options. A great team overall and solid work. My house is so comfortable now!

The whole team at EcoHeat was awesome to work with, from initial meeting and quote through the entire installation process. Every installer was friendly and helpful and they even stayed late to clean up and finish the project when the electricians ran behind on schedule. Very happy with the results, too!

We just had a Mitsubishi Ductless heat pump/Air Conditioning system installed by EcoHeat in our 1899 constructed home and they did a fantastic job. You can imagine the challenges involved with installing a 21st century HVAC system in a 121 year old home. Ecoheat met every challenge. The installation team was knowledgeable and professional. They complied with all CDC guidelines, wore masks, and practiced social distancing. They were also able to secure me a 0% interest loan on the entire project. Now I can remove all of the duct work from my basement and turn it into true living space. Its the best project I have ever done. I would Highly recommend Thomas and his team for your project.

Very happy with our heat pump installation by EcoHeat! Professional, hard-working, amiable, well-organized. Attended to our concerns and questions. Came and went at the times they said they would and finished in the time planned. Took measures to protect our floors and kept things neat. Easy to recommend them!

We had a very poor experience with Ecoheat. We called for them to come out and look at an issue with our HVAC system. They rescheduled the appointment and said that the technician would need to come out three days later to assess the unit and preform the maintenance. The appointment came and went and no one ever showed up. We called the company and they were very unprofessional in dealing with their scheduling mishap. They attempted to reschedule for later that day only to find that they would not be available to come out at all that day. After some calls back and forth, and a total lack of quality customer service, we decided to go with another company to help us with our HVAC. (That company proposed a fix that was four times less expensive and far more effective in solving the issue for us. Thankfully we did not end up using Echoheat!) We would highly recommend you find another company as Ecoheat was a bad experience all around in quality and cost for us.

Wow, what a game changer. It’s so comfortable in here now. We were doing so many things before to keep the air flow going in our home and none of it was working very well. Noisy fans, fluctuating temps, flying insects coming inside open doors, so many things. Gone are the days! Got lucky in being able to put it to the test the very next day too! Tomorrow will be hot again and then 80’s for the foreseeable future. Definitely feels good to be able to utilize this investment right away.

Go EcoHeat! What an amazing company! Thomas was very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. He came out to look at our old furnace and gave us a very detailed proposal, explaining all the options. The price was reasonable. The installation was professional. The team did a good job cleaning up and explaining how to set up the Nest. We had it installed during the wildfire smoke (remember?) and within an hour or so we could feel the air quality was much more improved. Our air purifier even turned from red to green!

In sum, we had a great experience and would highly recommend them.

These guys are amazing! Very professional and polite. Our furnace decided to conk off twice and it was in the middle of winter. Despite their busy schedule, EcoHeat managed to squeeze us in both times. Kevin was so kind and polite, and went out of his way to ensure we got the right part for our furnace. Our house was built in 1912, and when it gets hot, our upstairs becomes unbearable . Eco heat installed a heat pump heating and cooling system that made it through the recent heat wave with flying colors. Thomas and his crew are all personable and professional and I highly recommend this local company for your hvac needs
