Sun Glow Heating & Cooling

Everything about our experience with Sun Glow was exceptional! Tristan, who came out to give us a quote, was helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us a fair price, and were able to get us scheduled in a week, when some companies were quoting 6-8 weeks (or more!). Nathaniel, Julius, and Hunter were all friendly and professional. They upgraded our furnace and installed an entirely new A/C unit in one day without a hitch. It's all working perfectly and we'll absolutely work with Sun Glow again in the future!

Travis was thorough and complete in doing spring maintenance on our heat pump. His patience was greatly appreciated as I ask a lot of questions. Another win for Sunglow!!!

Hunter and Julius did a fantastic job installing my new AC system. Very thorough. Very professional. Very respectful. I had a few questions on where to install a fence to keep my dog away from the unit, and they had some great advice. Great job! Thanks for taking care of everything so quickly and efficiently.

I was transferred to Sun Glow from my previous heating and air conditioning company Garoken Energy. When I called to request service on my furnace and to check that there was no gas leak I was told the service call would be $139 and if any additional work needed to be performed would be over and above that amount. I scheduled the service which was the next Monday and was told the arrival time would be between 10 am and 1 pm. The receptionist also said that we would receive a call ( no indication who would call) when the technician was on their way about 20 minutes before arrival.

The service technician arrived at 3:16 pm, well after the scheduled arrival slot of 10 am to 1pm and no call was made to us indicating that he would be late nor was there a call informing us when he was on his way. The Technician Chris was very courteous and explained he would be doing a diagnostic which would cost $139.00. He also said that the Office should have called to let me know he was running late and should have called to say when he was on his way. I asked why just a diagnostic since I asked for a service since it had been a while since we had one done with Garoken Energy. He indicated that the check for gas leak is a diagnostic which costs $139.00 and that a "Maintenance service" is an additional $195.00. Needless to say I was completely surprised by this since it was not clearly explained that there was a distinction between a "Maintenance service" and that checking for a gas leak was considered a separate "Diagnostic". It would have been helpful for the person making the appointment to explain that checking for a gas leak and a maintenance service involved two different procedures and two costs: $139.00 for the diagnostic and $195.00 for the maintenance service! I am strongly considering using another Company in the future.

Nathan takes the extra steps to make sure everything is done and working correctly before he leave. He is knowledgeable and professional.

My experience so far with this company is nothing but stellar. The receptionist who scheduled me was just lovely, and Jeff the service technician was phenomenal too! Seems to be a very honest, genuine company and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends/ family. Glad to have found a solid place for HVAC (and plumbing too it looks like!). Pricing was actually lower than I was quoted by competitors, by a good amount. Thanks so much,

This is the second time I have received services from Sun Glow. I am very pleased with their service and their technician, Chris, is spectacular! Chris always goes out of his way to ensure that I understand what work should be done and what potential impacts not doing would be. His professional character, promptness, thoroughness, and cleanliness gets an A+ I’m my grade book! Sun Glow has definitely earned my long term business and I’d now my go-to for all things heating, cooling, and plumbing!

He was great. Very nice and gave me straight forward answers. Only reason for 4 stars, which is not Gerry's fault, was the sticker shock for Thermostat replacement fee. But manually, it was hot and I needed it fixed asap. All in all once the issue was identified, he fixed it and had me cooling down within 20 mins. Would use again.

I'm very happy with our experience at Sun Glow. They responded quickly to an issue that had our furnace out of commission (needed a replacement heat exchanger - not an easy task) with a below-freezing weather forecast on the horizon. They got us the parts quickly and had the repairs done two days after coming to the place. They were even understanding when I called them over the weekend.
