These people are a complete RIP OFF! They come to your house with a shiny sales person and convince you that you have carbon monoxide leaking into your house and that you need to change the HVAC system "immediately" and then rope you into a loan of a way over priced HVAC system. My poor elderly mother literally paid $10k more than what an HVAC system is worth, and they did not even insulate her old vents so it never even worked! She was freezing all winter. She called them to ask them what was going on and they tried to charge her another $5000 to insulate her vents! When she told me about this, I took matters into my own hands and got the vents insulated for $500.

COMPLETE SCAM RIP OFF MONEY MAKERS. Don't ever work with these people.

I feel Air Pro is much into getting your system installed l, getting your money, than taking care of the customer. I wouldn’t recommend.

Travis was very helpful with answering questions and giving information regarding the product and services. Installation was quick and smooth. Installation techs were very professional and kind. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone

We had them install our system over 15 years ago and we have always received the best service at a reasonable price. The have always come out right away when we had a problem and were able to fix it promptly.

Excellent personal service! I live in the neighborhood and walked in one afternoon and spoke with Laura. She gave me Mark's contact info who promptly scheduled a convenient time to perform the annual service on my HVAC system. I had a unusual noise emanating from my furnace and Mark was able to pin point the problem. He called me back the following day with the price for the repair and we scheduled it for the following week. Noise is gone now and I'm ready now for the hot summer ahead and chilly winter to follow. I've found a local business who I feel confident in recommending to my friends. Thank you Mark, and all the good people at Air Pro.

For 20 years I have used Air Pro on my personal property and my rental units. They are honest. They will not charge you for anything you do not need. They are experts. I have had major equipment installed, and they service all of my HVAC units. Don't hesitate to use this company. You can't go wrong.

I have had at least 6 service calls over 10 years. Mark is a professional who has worked on my air conditioner, furnace and humidifier. He diagnoses a problem quickly, does the necessary repair efficiently and charges fairly. I feel fortunate to have his expertise for my HVAC service.
