From the estimate to the installation, working with this company was seamless. I can not recommend them enough. They have your best interests in mind, and we are so appreciative of their care and knowledge base to help us make the best purchase for our home. The team working on the house was respectful and quick! After talking to four different companies about what air conditioner to install, I can confidently say that this company is truly about customer service and not just making a sale. 100/10 stars.

Advanced did a great job installing
a heat pump system in our brick 1926 home. Their bid was reasonable and their workmanship professional. They found solutions to tricky situations and were personable to deal with. I recommend them with no hesitation.

I had Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning install AC into my existing HVAC in my newly purchased and remodeled home just a few months ago. The initial installation was very sloppy (see photos). They simply routed the piping over the ceiling and down into the furnace instead of following the lines along the walls. With the water hose, they routed it up on the wall and into the sink.

Well, I sent them an email and complained a little. The next time they were out, they cleaned up the install and I was a happy customer.

Fast forward a few months to today...

I remember when they installed the AC, they removed the air filter from the furnace. I had assumed they replaced it with a new one, which to me seems like a reasonable assumption. Well, apparently, they didn't replace the old filter at all. Surely a $7,200 AC install includes a new air filter, especially one they removed. I should have at least been told I should buy one as, according to Google, a furnace "will operate without one, but you'll risk potential damage to your system and to your health and the health of your family, and that's just not worth it." So they are not only putting my health at risk, they're putting my HVAC system at risk.

I have pretty bad allergies, so it's no wonder why they've been acting up more than they used to, and now the air quality is "Very Hazardous" and my home is without a basic air filtration.

I ordered a bunch of HEPA air filters, but they don't arrive until September 25th.

I would have probably rated them three stars after they fixed the poor installation of my AC, but after discovering that they never replaced my air filter, I think they deserve one star. Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning is a poorly ran business and I do not recommend them to anyone.

I had my very old ducting replaced with new stuff and all of the lines moved around. The crew did a great job. What I appreciated the most was their flexibility alongside the other construction I had going on and working with me and my requirements without being stiff about what they would/not do. Everyone was very friendly, including the office staff.

Would not use again for anything. Office is disorganized - made appointment and they had to call me back to find out why I made the appointment. They also told me one price, and then the service was another price - so get anything in writing BEFORE you have them come out. Sent emails to wrong email. Was also billed initially for a maintenance plan I never discussed. Expected a report of the NW Natural 19 point furnace /11 point AC tuneup which is what I requested but just got some brief notes - no idea of condensate pump actually at 90%, or limit operations are in place or what the refrigerant pressure was, or whether the gas pressure was correct, among other things. Could have cleaned the unit myself for that price! Also suspect that tech blew fuses on the unit - they fixed them, after 45 minutes of figuring it out, but it was working right up until they showed up and started doing maintenance... That's wasn't too big a deal though - tech seemed otherwise competent and polite. Until shortly after she left our condensate pump failed. The one thing we'd specifically discussed was that being cleaned - it's also called out on the tuneup checklist and she said she did it, and we did see less scale in there. But when we went to replace it - it was an algae farm. Obviously not cleaned! Suspect that it was broken by being poked around in to loosen scale and make it look cleaner, although I don't know for sure and probably never will. Highly disappointing from start to finish with the disorganized office, misleading billing, lack of report information and things not done that were specifically told were done. Feel like I paid hundreds of dollars to have my unit damaged. Company didn't even bother to reply when I communicated my experience.

I had AHAC install a heatpump. They were very prompt in responding to my requests, answered all my questions about the product, and offered a good price. They were personable throughout the whole process and easy to work with.

Advanced offered the best product for the best price when comparing apples to apples with other quotes I received for my furnace replacement. They were also able to fit me in quickly, which was great because it was very cold when my old furnace died! I appreciate the good communication, punctuality and follow-up I got from Advanced Heating!

Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job on my home's AC installation this past summer. They were on time, professional, helpful, communicative, knowledgeable, etc. Their prices weren't the lowest, but the price correlated with the products, service, and quality that you get. As they say, you pay for what you get. I would recommend them to other interested customers and will contact them in the future for other heating/cooling needs. Two thumbs up.

Advanced Heating did an excellent job for us. Greg Grimshaw walked us through all the various Furnace and AC units available and explained the benefits and costs of each. They had the best pricing of the 4 estimates that we received which included Trane, NW Natural and Senior Rebates. The installation crew was very professional and completed the work ahead of their estimated schedule. They kept us informed of what they were doing and gave us detailed operational instructions when complete. The office staff has been great to work with by keeping us informed and was very responsive to any questions we had. we're very happy with how quiet and efficient our Furnace and AC units are. We highly recommend Advanced and we plan to have them service of gas fireplaces soon.

Great people, great service, great price. Working with Greg and everyone I spoke with was a quality experience. Their ability to explain every step of the process and keep me updated on delivery and installation made this easy. The actual installation went without a hitch and well done. They know exactly what needed to be done. I wholeheartedly recommend Advanced Heating and Air for all home environmental needs.
