Advanced Heating recently replaced the furnace & AC in my home. They kept me informed the whole time & did exactly what they said they were going to. The crew was very polite, professional & clean. They did an excellent job, the equipment looks & runs great. I highly recommend them.

They do not service split systems. Very nice person answered phone but was told they don't service split systems and told me to be in touch with the original installer. As I bought a home with one, that's not possible. They didn't offer to help just said sorry and hung up. Was asking for basic assistance and their website shows they do service these systems.

These guys are great, 5 stars all the way. My furnace stopped functioning last night. I tried calling some of the “best reviewed” HVAC companies according to google. None of them would even take a look for at least 2 days. I called Advanced and they had someone at my door within 30 minutes and my furnace functioning again 30 minutes later. These guys should be at the top of the list.

I've used Advanced Heating for over 5 years on many building and remodeling projects. Each and every project has been a success. There attention to detail, good communication and reasonable price keep them as my "go-to" HVAC contractor.

Advanced installed our AC quickly and professionally. When we had a glitch with the system the same week, they came out to our house immediately to make it right, free of charge. Hopefully I never have to buy another AC again but if I did, I would use this company once more.

I have had a business relationship with Advanced for about 15 years. They have done everything from installing an upgraded furnace and air conditioning system to routine maintenance for me. They are quick to respond to calls, do high quality work, know their business and stand behind their work.

Had a quote done by Advanced. Was very unprofessional and very high. It was for central air and a attic fan. They mark up there products a lot. They wanted to sell me a $700 solar attic fan that I found on Amazon for $300. And wanted to charge me $400 to install it. When I asked if I could purchase it myself they said no and I said I’ll take my business elsewhere. I bought it myself and added professional installation on Amazon for $230. Wouldn’t suggest Advanced to anyone. Plus if you ever drive by there building on Foster. It looks like a junk yard out front with broken down vans with parts missing from them.

While making an appointment, I was informed that though the technician should arrive within a two- hour window that we agreed upon, the technician might need to come sooner than the appointment or later. My time is important. I went with another company that agreed it would arrive at the appointment within the time frame that we had agreed upon.

Advanced Heating & AC is our go-to residential hvac company. They installed our central AC unit and we’ve asked them to troubleshoot problems with our heater and air conditioner. They even figured out what was wrong with our heater over the phone during a snow storm! Prices are always fair and customer service is excellent.

They did a great job with the install, and competitive pricing overall. Also excellent customer service from the office, all my questions were answered and were very helpful in deciding the right size product for my space.
