In the middle of our furnace install, we found out there was a leak in the basement. We had to hold off on installing our AC unit, and Advanced let us have as much time as we needed to fix the problem before they installed. Advanced was immensely communicative and provided all services they said they would in a timely fashion. There were a few bumps along the way, but Advanced solved all problems and left us extremely satisfied by their services and customer service at the end of the project. Highly recommend.

Scot was professional and took time to review our options. He made recommendations and explained what they were based on. The installation crew was timely and did the job efficiently. The office staff was helpful each time we called them. Advanced personnel took care of the process from the start to the finish.

I was very impressed with the company. The company sealed ducts and installed an AC system. They showed up on time, were professional, answered all questions, had knowledge about the process, were polite, had quality selections, kept all spotless, passed inspection the first time, and made me a happy customer. The office staff is also A+.

About 2 months ago we had Advanced Heating and Air install a new gas furnace. This morning I am sitting in front of a sliding glass door on a gray and blustery day. I have a warm cup of coffee and am feeling toasty warm and very grateful!

This company just today, finished putting in a new gas heating unit for our 1,100 sq.ft. home. Well, from Start-to-Finish, these folks were pleasant, knowledgeably, GREAT with communication, and Extra-Great with the day and half required to get the job done. The crew was very clean and detailed with their work: preparation and clean-up, and we always knew 'what-was-up' with the process, and the whole job was done on time! Our initial estimator, Greg, was one of the most gregarious( no pun intended) and savvy guy who knew all about the engineering stuff of heating, the gizmos and the bells-and-whistles, and what stuff for our home just might be underperforming and overperforming. We sure appreciated his approach and personality. A fine salesman. The Job Crew of Ben and Jesus were straight-up and steady, and accomplished workers. YUP. I sure do recommend this company.

Had a new Furnace & Air Conditioner installed by Advanced Heating, from the time they came out and gave the bid to the time they did the install was very Professional.When the gentleman gave us the bid he did not try to up sale anything, he found out what was best for us and our house and met those needs, which was not the top of the line product. I also did some research on the product we had installed. We received a very good product with very good warranty at a excellent price.

The installers were professional and advised us everything they were doing before they did it, there were no surprises to my wife and I on anything they installed and how they were going to install it. My wife asked a lot of questions and i asked some also, they responded to us promptly and answered all of our questions, they put us at ease with the install.

From start to finish, Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning delivered outstanding service! Scott, estimator and sales person, patiently answered all of my questions about the product and maintained strong communication. Ben, the HVAC installer, and his crew (Sam, Greg, and Jesus) were on time, courteous, and methodical in removing my old gas furnace from a very confined attic space. Ben explained the process in lay person's terms, and kept me informed every step of the way. Additionally, Ben patiently explained how the condensation line works on my new 95% energy efficient Trane furnace. The office staff returned calls and emails promptly, and even sent a thank you card in the mail after Scott submitted a bid for proposed work! Ben and his crew nicely cleaned up the work site and before leaving checked in to see if I had additional questions or concerns. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! A big "thank you" to the entire team for providing excellent customer service! I'm so glad I found Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning as a trade ally on the Energy Trust of Oregon website. I recommend them without hesitation!

Scott the estimator came out and put together a bid for a gas furnace in our home in Oregon City. I really felt like he listened to us and helped us find a nice unit that worked with our budget. I didn’t feel like he was trying to squeeze us for money. The installers Chad and Ben came out and were very professional. I would definitely recommend this company. We are very pleased so pleased that I’m writing this review.

Greg and his whole crew were awesome! I would and likely will use Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning again in the future.They replaced our old furnace, installed all new ducts and relocated our furnace to free-up space. They also made it so we could easily install air conditioning in the future.
