Five stars! Decided to go with Sun Glow to replace our gas furnace with an electric heat pump system after getting a few quotes and I am so glad that we did. Sun Glow was by far the most thorough going over our options, and was the best value for the package they offered.

The install team were timely, communicative, and professional during the 2-day install process. Thank you to Barret, Dom, and Darren for being solid professionals and taking the time to orient us to how to use, and what to expect from the new system.

It's been a few weeks since the install, and we have been enjoying the consistency of heat the new system provides. The Sun Glow rep, Arin, recommended that we replace our old thermostat with a new EcoBee thermostat. We are so glad that we decided to go for this upgrade! It is incredibly user-friendly, has a mobile app, and eco-friendly/cost saving settings.

Great service from the time Arin came to the house for initial walkthrough and quote to the installers Diego and Steven coming to do the work. Customer service was hands down a 10! Great communication skills from all parties. I could literally go on for days about how happy of a customer I am! The owner must really take care of each of his employees because everyone of them was happy with a good attitude. They answered all my questions and took the time show me how to use my new system. Cleaned up every day before leaving the house. Just awesome! HIGHLY recommend this family owned and operated business to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service😁

Shaun wasted no time replacing over a dozen shutoff valves, was careful to verify the new valves' integrity and left the spaces clean. Met my expectations.
