& Cooling. They were timely and great to deal with. I received a call that the doctor technician was on his way. I also appreciated getting a text with a picture of technician who was both informative and helpful.

Initially wrote a one star review for what appeared to be electioneering. Email advertisement that claimed that we were misled about the inflation reduction act the same month and prior to local, state, and federal elections. Spoke with the owner shortly after posting the review and it sounded like there may not have been a robust review of advertisements at the time.

Today had an in-home consult with Michael, who is fantastic!! Very knowledgeable, great at explaining the different factors that go into choosing the right units, what steps need to be taken to get the home ready (need to replace an electrical panel from 1970), and broke down how the federal tax credit from the IRA could help me.

Will update if I accept one of their quotes for an air handler and a heat pump with some wiring and install of a wifi connected thermostat.

Sunglow was the company we went with to install our A/C, so I decided to go with company again.

Our furnace was down and we had no heat during these cold days. I was able to get scheduled a day after making a call. Travis found there was something wrong with the blower. I was able to schedule the repair two days later, and now everything is up and running.

Travis was very professional, answered all my questions, and was able to seal up leaks coming from the exhaust pipe.

Edit: The first hot day we've had and it's not working. I can't believe we've had so many issues with this ridiculous, highly priced problem. I reiterate: the staff are all immensely helpful, on the ball and easy to communicate with. They sent someone out early the next morning to fix the problem which was HIGHLY appreciated. Just... Do a whole lot of research on the product recommended.

Edit: I'm dropping this down a star. We spent a LOT of money on replacing our furnace, AC and water heater. The water heater works great, except that when installed the temperature was left insanely hot, and it's up in our attic and was annoying to have to change the temp. I mean, it was dangerously hot. Then, we had a whole lot of issues with installation, someone had to come out twice more after waiting another week for a part that ended up not needing to be replaced, it was just a switch, and then it was a plug or wire installed incorrectly... And now a few weeks later we're having problems again with this 'fantastic' new heat pump and Ecobee that was over 15k. I'm so annoyed. The staff are all lovely and helpful, which is why I've left the rating at 4 stars, but when it comes down to it, we've spent a large sum of money on something we're already having problems with.

We had a consult for our furnace, AC and hot water systems. The person on the phone was friendly and helpful, and we only had to wait a week to have someone in (way better than previous experiences with other companies). Arin was a genuinely friendly, professional and informative person who, not only engaged with myself and my husband, but my littlie and animals. He walked us through EVERY option, giving us multiple options, scenarios and costs. I felt confident asking questions, he answered them all thoroughly and I wasn't made to feel foolish for not knowing the answers. We will be going ahead with our installations and I will update after, but so far, they deserve ten stars.

They were great after we changed our mind and wanted to relocate the unit mid install. They accommodated everything and worked with us to keep the extra cost to a minimum. Our technician was professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I really liked the text prior to service person coming to my house, with the person name and picture. On time, professional and nice person. Sunglow is the only business we will use.

LaShaun was incredible! He was professional & explained everything clearly. I felt very comfortable with him being in my home. He put on the booties over his shoes....so respectful!
