Jeff did a great job of repair. He brought all the needed parts with him and adapted a new circuit board to our aging heater. And had our system up and running again faster than I would have imagined. .

My furnace was always on but not heating up my house. During a diagnostic visit, Lashaun from Sun Glow determined that my heat exchangers were rusted out. He thoroughly explained how he came to that conclusion, in a manner that I could understand. He presented a number of options to me, and I decided to have the heat exchanger replaced. He also came back for the repair, which was nice to deal with the same person. He did a great job on the repair! Furnace has been working great since then!

Our Tech, Erik, was very friendly and professional! He did a great job and was very careful and respectful of our home. He explained the diagnosis thoroughly and made reasonable recommendations on getting things fixed! And now our unit is working great! We have used Sun Glow a couple times now for repair of our AC unit and will continue to do so!

Lashaun was friendly, informative, and was very considerate of our napping baby not far from the furnace. He helped talk me through what he found and how he fixed the situation. He gave me several options to consider for long term care. Thanks for your help!

UPDATE 2019
Well...two years into my HVAC replacement, the Mexican-made coil on my Carrier failed. Sunglow quickly responded to the warranty fix, removing the faulty unit and repairing it to an even higher standard than the factory. There was excellent communication and meticulous detail paid to the entire job which was not an easy one.
Once again, Sunglow came through for me and I cannot say enough good things about this company. Highly recommended!

I was smart enough to replace my HVAC in the off-season and had time to get quotes from two other competitors. Sunglow handily beat them in communication and service. They are a non-union company so they are very much invested in personal service.
I live in a condo downtown and the developers of most buildings did not install HVAC units correctly or with replacement and maintenance in mind. That being said, the two brothers that showed up to my place were able to figure out how to install my new HVAC in a very cramped attic. The job was not easy and required me to bring in a sheet rock replacement contractor but there was simply no other way to access the unit. I had a Gen2 Nest thermostat installed and it works great. Sunglow also did a 90-day follow-up inspection.
Bottom line: if you live in a condo downtown and need an HVAC replaced by a company that is experienced and cares, use these guys.

As a property manager, quality service and reliability are important to me. I’ve used Sun Glow extensively, both for my clients and personally. The techs arrive on time, are extremely courteous and professional. I’ve never had a negative experience with them. We recently decided to install a new furnace instead of doing expensive repairs to our 30-year old unit. Gerry showed up on time and did a complete check-up of the HVAC system. He was very professional and completed his duties quickly. He was also friendly and gave me some good tips on what I can do myself to keep the unit running properly.

Erik with Sun Glow conducted himself professionally to maintain our furnace. With it coming up on 14 years since install, Eric was up front with his assessment that the unit is still in working condition but the system was starting to sound like it is starting to show signs of wear. He gave us the recommendation to be prepared in the next couple of years to replace the system.

I’ve been using Sun Glow to perform annual maintenance on my hvac system and they have been very professional and honest with each tune up. With regular checkups, they were able to recommend replacing parts or components before failure occurred. And they don’t pressure me into fixing right away, giving me exact details on what component needs replacing and why. This allowed me to research the recommended fix and make an informed decision as to whether to proceed or delay repairs.
