Sun Glow Heating & Cooling

I've been working with Sun Glow for years. Every aspect of their operation is a pleasure to work with, a very responsive administrative/front of house. I appreciate their technical expertise. With their help, all my machines run without incident. Their lead technician, Max, is especially great. I know I'm getting the best when he shows up, it's clear he has a deep understanding of refrigeration, and it comes with excellent service. Two thumbs up!!!

I was getting a quote for converting from oil to gas, and Ricky was fabulous. He showed up right on time, followed all COVID guidelines and wore booties to protect my house. He even pretended to like my dog.
He listened to what I was saying and followed up with appropriate questions and explained my options. He was extremely knowledgeable yet didn't make me feel like my questions were unnecessary. He didn't try to "sell" me like the last quote I got, and explained what he needed to gather in order to give me and accurate quote. Overall I was very pleased with his attitude, professionalism and knowledge. I'm looking forward to his bid! Highly recommend Sun Glow so far.

In preparation for a super hot summer, I decided it would be a good move to get my heat pump serviced early. Tasha made the entire process SO easy! She was very pleasant to work with and took the time to answer all of my questions about the service visit. Corey was great too when he came out. He was very professional and super informative about how to care for the unit so it lasts many years to come.

Overall this was a great experience and I feel more confidant as a new homeowner!

Erik and the team at Sunglow were amazing. They are very communicative about scheduling, when techs are on the way, and when going over the options for a new furnace we need. They are honest and upfront about all charges and what equipment will do.

Want to thank Corey for repairing our heating system and restoring heat to our home. He was very easy to talk to, answered whatever questions that I had, and obviously knew how to fix the problem. I also want to thank the office staff for coordinating the scheduling as soon as possible, especially during this time of year and dealing with COVID. I will continue to use Sun Glow, as I am very satisfied with their service.

Bi-annual preventative maintenance. Service provider (Nathan) was on time, very detailed in inspection and routine cleaning of the furnace interior and the AC compressor exterior. A recent transfer from prior provider (owner retired), the service was excellent.

Jerry made the effort to make a separate trip to our house after picking up a part needed to repair a problem with our AC unit that he diagnosed and fixed today. Another HVAC company advised us that the unit was unrepairable. Thanks!

This is the second time I am using sun glow. They installed a new water heater at my rental property and are now helping me at my home with a new water heater. I truly love working with them. Never a hassle. Corey is a fantastic technician. Alex in the office is amazing and she is always so helpful. It’s hard to find a company that does a good job, so glad I finally found one!

Reached out for a quote, comparison shopping, and Alex dropped in and whipped it out. Went with them because of the reviews, Alex seemed decent and they’d done work for me before. Anthony and Ricky were here early for the install and didn’t leave until it was dialed in. Both professional and courteous throughout the process. Happy with the install and service throughout. We have used Sun Glow for several years and have always been very satisfied with the services it provides and with its technicians. Erik did our service today and has serviced our system on several other occasions. We have been very happy with him and the quality of his work.
