Sun Glow Heating & Cooling

I was a previous customer of Garoken Energy. I started my air conditioner this week and found it was not cooling the house. I called Sun Glow and could not get an appointment for a week. Fortunately, they placed me on a wait list and called back stating they could come that day. The online tool was great as I could track the service rep on a map on his way to my house. They sent a text with a picture of the service tech with his background. He arrived on schedule and was immediately polite and professional. I figured there was a leak in the coolest system, since we had it recharged last year. The tech, Lashaun, was able to find the source of the leak and fix it. He then recharged an tested the system. He clearly knew the system and was able to quickly diagnosis and repair the issue. The air conditioning works great now, and I'm confident that we will not have repeat this next year. A happy customer.

Today, 7/9/20, Erik was our technician. Erik was an outstanding representative for Sun Glow as well. He did his tune up, reviewed the status of our older equipment with us in an efficient and courteous manner. With a 25 year HVAC system, we discussed the inevitability of replacement and scheduled a sales consult meeting so that we will be able to make proactive decisions about our system. The following comment was from last year, but I'll leave it up ( Sunglow must be doing something right to retain these great techs). Lashaun has been our tech for a number of years. Always prompt, courteous and helpful. We rely on Sunglow & Lashaun to extend the life of or 20 year old equipment. We believe the regular service we receive has helped us to accomplish that objective. Highly recommend.

3/24/23 - We have made it to 29 years w/ the original HVAC and continuous regular service maintenance by Sunglow.
Travis arrived on time, did his work and shared a recap of the services performed.

Just had Corey from Sun Glow out, and he did an amazing job!

I called yesterday after hours (about 5:40pm) about our a/c not running, and received a call back within 20 minutes. After discussing with the tech about costs associated with having someone come out after hours, we decided the best bet would be to have someone come out during normal business hours.
Early this morning (around 8am) I received another call asking if we were available this morning to have someone out. We were, and within an hour, Corey arrived to save the day!
Corey was honest and up front with everything, including repair costs. He offered an upsell re: a surge protector (see image), and I went ahead and bought it. Do we need it for the unit to run? Nope. Can it hurt? Nope.
All-in-all, fast, great, friendly service on what is sure to be some of the hottest days this season.

Great experience with Sun Glow heating and cooling. Brian the technician did an amazing job on the repair. He went the extra mile to make sure everything is working properly and replaced any equipment that were still under warranty. I highly recommend them.

The service is quite good. Sitting up the appointment was easy. The technician that came to the house to look at the furnace repair was experienced and knowledgeable. The real bummer is the price they wanted to do the repair. I already researched the retail costs of the part that I thought was failing and they wanted an insane number in parts and labor, plus it's $65 fee to go pick up the part, plus the $140 service charge just to come out and look at the damn thing. It was a ridiculous number. I was able to have the part expedited to my house overnight, and had the heat back on the next day, with a reasonable amount of mechanical aptitude. Saved me what was apparently $800 in labor. They're good and knowledgeable, but insanely pricey.

Ryan was very professional & didn’t over sell or pressure me. He really listened to my needs. The company was very helpful & got the equipment as quickly as possible! Barrett was incredible too. Very personable, professional & patient! Took the time to make sure I understood my new thermostat! Will definitely use again if needed but will surely recommend!!
