Good communication, technician was efficient and performed all required testing with no intervention on our side. Will happily use these folks again!

Our condo HVAC went bad in October and got Gerry to come. He was not able to make a diagnosis on the first trip and came back the next week. He did great efforts according to my tenant, but was not able to spot the leak of refrigerant and ended up recommending us to replace the whole unit. The bill added up to $728. There are 2 things for them to improve: 1. Gerry never gave me any input about what he found and did and for the two trips he made, I had to call their office to get some idea of what's going on. 2. The first bill was sent to me after work, but then followed by another bill days later, making me feel 2nd was the final. I paid the 2nd bill assuming that's all I had to pay. Suddenly, their account collectable called me yesterday demanding to pay 1st bill right away or it will be transferred to debt collector. The thing is I never received a reminder of the 1st bill before such threat of action. I called the office and Kerry, the manager explained to me all the bills, but could not give me anything discount for such suboptimal services. At the end, she offered me that they will put a note on my records to be sure the technician needs to reach out to me for the future jobs. What a favor!

Sun Glow was amazingly fast to respond and assess the problem. The technician had the part needed on hand and repaired the furnace the same day.

Chris was professional and friendly and communicated what he was doing. He found an issue, showed me the problem, and fixed it. The price was fair, and I will have them come out again next year!

So pleasantly surprised by my experience that I am compelled to post. James brought with him 35 years of experience and took the time to figure out the simplest, least expensive solution to my problem. The problem was that after the basement was finished the air purifier/filter attached to our furnace could not be removed so the filter could be replaced. It was blocked by the frame of the door to access the furnace. Go figure. Anyway, Jeff, the service pro with 35 years experience who showed up, took the time to figure out how to remove the filter and the case it slid into without having to cut open the housing into which the case slid. That allowed him to re-use the housing to support a narrower rack that will allow us to replace the filter. Ingenious! I had two other HVAC companies send people out in the prior month neither was willing to take the time to solve the puzzle in my favor; both said only solution was cut the entire thing out and replace it with a new, skinnier one, and that it would cost upwards of $1,000. Jeff took his time, found the easiest solution and implemented it, and it the total bill was $300 and change. Jeff. Is. The. Man. Super impressed with his thoughtful approach. To boot, he was professional, affable, and quick. I joked to my wife that I pinched myself after he left just to make sure I wasn't dreaming. :-).

The Sunglow team came out to replace my old toilet. They were very communicative, timely, and generous with their knowledge.
Most of all, they worked with integrity. I can't recommend them any more. I will continue to use them for all of my needs.

Michael was very knowledgeable & great in helping us to find the perfect unit for our house.

Ac went out, replaced the fuses myself but that didn't work, set up an appointment, tech came out and after removing just 6 screws determined the capacitor was blown. I was floored to find out the "part" was $390. Paid it because it was needed but after doing a 1 min Google search, with someone from the company on the phone, similar ones range from $120 to $220. I took a picture of the part and found it on Amazon for $55, the review wont let me upload though. There are only three to four wires to hook up. I called less than 24 hours later and was told the $390 on my invoice was not just the price of the part and the price included overhead costs, labor, travel expenses. The gentleman I spoke with told me repeatedly they are a for profit company, they do not offer discounts. They won't offer you alternatives it is a take it or leave it operation. If you have money to throw away this is the business you should use. If you're like most people who are willing to pay a fair price for the work that needs to be done I recommend you go elsewhere.

Very helpful and quick repair to my furnace during a very cold and snowy time. It was great that I was able to get service so quickly.
