Mr. Furnace

Terrible. They were prompt but they charged double what other companies charge for diagnostics and quoted me twice what two other service providers quoted. I will never use them for diagnostics again and did not use them for the repair.

This company mislead me charge me for services call that was not needed. Furnace is not broken. Don't trust them, they try to make me purchase a new one which was not needed. They are not honest, no professional ethics.
