Sun Glow Heating & Cooling

I strongly advise against scheduling any services with Sun Glow Heating and Cooling. My experiences with their service technicians have been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Not only have they caused damage to my property, but they have also been dishonest in their dealings. The service manager, Leon, has been the most unprofessional and disrespectful manager I have ever encountered. His close-mindedness is truly disheartening, especially considering my 22 years of experience in customer service.
At Sun Glow, it seems that the customer is never given the benefit of the doubt. Leon treats customers poorly and speaks to them condescendingly, as if they lack any intelligence. Ironically, it is Leon who appears to be lacking in both basic human decency and effective communication skills. It is baffling that Sun Glow allows someone with such poor people skills to hold a managerial position. Leon should seriously consider finding a different line of work where he does not have to interact with customers experiencing issues caused by his team's negligence.
I strongly urge Sun Glow to invest in better training for their staff to prevent further damage to customers' properties. Additionally, they should not dismiss or disregard the concerns of paying customers who expect a certain level of service. I am deeply disappointed in my experience with Sun Glow, and I will be sure to inform everyone I know to steer clear of their services. There are numerous HVAC companies available that maintain a much higher level of professionalism.
If my preferred HVAC company had not been fully booked for weeks, I would have never wasted my time and money on this subpar company.

A really excellent experience getting the bid for a heat pump and right on through the installation process. Michael, Dom, Josh, and Hunter were all superb with their communication and professional work to get the heat pump up & running. A very pleased customer here.

My ductless mini split unit stopped working during our first heat wave (record breaking) of the year, and of course every HVAC company in the area was booking 3+ weeks out. Sun Glow got me in within a week! Tech showed up on time, he was very professional, able to answer my many questions and gave me tips for any future problems with the unit. He also made great recommendations regarding service. I would 10/10 recommend calling Sun Glow if you're having ANY HVAC related issues! From the receptionist to the tech to the service, they were fantastic, accomidating AND affordable (trust me, I called over 15 places to receive quotes/attempt to book soonest appointment). I originally called out a well regarded HVAC company with great reviews to assess my furnace issue. They explained that the replacement part needed was on back order indefinitely and that I should just replace my whole furnace for $13k-$15k. I then called Sun Glow who is a certified technician in my furnace brand and they were able to get the needed part and install it the next day. Throughout the process they were very communicative and responsive. I am very happy with my overall experience.

Our expectations were exceeded from the team at Sun Glow. The decision to use Sun Glow to replace our furnace was because of Arin Anderson. He listened to our story, provided an estimate based on his real world installation/service experience, told us about Sun Glow the company and employees, and did what no other sales representative did: asked us for our business! Dom, Darren, and Josh had big shoes to fill with the installation and followed through like rockstars. We would choose Sun Glow again in a heartbeat.

Communications were excellent on phone.

Answering service lady took way too long, but thorough and very nice and polite.

Service man was punctual. He didn’t smile at all. He seemed like he definitely either was having a bad day, or, didn’t like the drive out here in Friday afternoon traffic, glad it was Friday and just spent for the week, but not personable AT ALL.

He answered questions when I asked and explained situation.

The team was very courteous, professional, and organized. They walked through the plan at the beginning and notified me as we encountered challenges taking us off of that path. The team was here all day, but remained committed to make sure our furnace was fully installed and functional. They cleaned up pretty well, but I did find a few sheet metal screws lying on the garage floor destined for a tire. I’d use them again though.

Excellent trouble-shooting service by Lashaun on new A/C system that was installed by Sunglow 1.5 years ago. Got replacement evaporator, new lines and compressor installed by Barrett the following 2 days, all under warranty. They did everything to earn my trust in the business for over 26 years.
