Technician was friendly, professional and able to explain everything he did and why system wasn’t working. It was easy to book an appointment for two days away and Sun Glow provided confirmation and reminders, and texted when the technician was on the way. I would definitely recommend this company.

Eric is the best repair person I have ever worked with. On time, caring, detailed, made sure to get it done correctly, stuck with the cost estimate and didn’t overcharge. I highly recommend him. Once you see how he works and is trustworthy you don’t want anyone else. The estimate was slightly higher than another company (within $100) but when I realized their estimate was accurate and the other company charges more after the work is done I went with them and I’m very glad I did. I will absolutely call them in the future if I ever need someone again.

I’ve used Sun Glow for the 11 years that we have lived in this home. I had Gerry service my furnace today to be ready for winter. He was friendly and knowledgeable as are all the technicians I have dealt with at Sun Glow. We will not be on this house the next time that we need service but I paid ahead so the new owners can be introduced to Sun Glow and their great service.

Sun Glow did a great job. They were professional but also took the time to explain what units were in-stock and available vs what would be delayed. We have used them several times at our personal residence and at the rental properties we own and we are ALWAYS thrilled with the quality of service and value they deliver.
