Deon came to service my furnace and did an incredibly thorough job, not just with the actual work, but in describing and explaining everything in terms a total novice (that would be me) could understand. He was knowledgeable about every part and described its condition, its likely age, and when/how it would need to be replaced. I have a lot of confidence in Pyramid knowing that he's on the team, and I've already asked for him specifically for my next appointment.

I can't say enough about the great job Pyramid Heating and Cooling did for us. We had a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank installed and they did an outstanding job. Their service from start to finish was outstanding. I recommend them highly....and...with great vigor.

Mike K. fixed my parent's furnace that had suddenly gone out. The heat igniter was particularly tricky because it was behind other hardware. He was patient, smart, meticulous, professional, and kind. He was great at explaining all the steps he took, and kept a neat working area. He was a pleasure to work with. He restored heat to my parents' home, and for that they are incredibly thankful. Look forward to having Pyramid help my parents in the future!!!

Our furnace died during the coldest few days this season. Pyramid responded quickly to install a new energy efficient furnace the very next day. Communication was wonderful and all three folks who came to our house were very nice and professional. What could have been a terrible experience was the opposite! Thank you!!

I have been having an issue with my boiler system for three months and used a different company initially for help without fixing the problem after 2 visits. Pyramid heating and cooling correctly and competently diagnose the problem and repaired it. Athen came out and not only found the issue quickly but was also able to let me know what regular maintenance and schedule should be. Very pleased with the service overall

Randy showed up at the appointed time and quickly started the annual maintenance of our heat pump. He was an expert on our equipment and soon it was back up and running again. And he cleaned his work area thoroughly (which some others before him have done haphazardly).

Pyramid provided excellent service for my residential gas conversion. I went out for 5 bids but Pyramid was the only contractor to thoroughly assess the property and address my specific needs. The quote was based on a number of available options without any pressure to go one way or the other. The install team was professional and informative and any obstacles and curve balls that cropped up were efficiently handled without issue. Couldn't recommend them more.

Great company,great people scheduling and doing the installs and maintenance. I bought a heating system and hot water heater from them ,ignored both for 6 years until i read in the manuals that its cheaper to maintain them than wait till they fail. So this year i called for maintenance, and Spencer the technician was great----- very thorough,and he showed me how to maintain the water heater myself. Patiently step by step ( i am not mechanically or mantenancely inclined) so i can do that myself for free. He took apart the heat system and cleaned everything and read the codes,made sure it all worked right. Great company i really trust!

During the recent wildfires and resulting heavy smoke, we consulted Pyramid Heating and Cooling for advice on how to mitigate the smoke in our home. They suggested an air purifier in addition to changing our furnace filters daily. They were able to come out the next day to install the air purifier and they delivered a supply of filters at the same time. We were pleased with their quick and professional service.
