Pyramid Heating & Cooling

We have been using Pyramid Heating and Cooling for many years and have always been impressed by the quick response, the customer service and good quality products. We particularly love our usual technician Victor Taylor. He answers our calls promptly is always very friendly and positive and will go out of his way to make sure our units are working properly.. Thank you Victor and Pyramid for the great service!

I can't say enough good about my experience with Pyramid Heating I am recommending them highly for the care and consideration they showed me during my terrible ordeal of no heat. Pyramid was professional, kind, considerate, and definitely deserve recognition for the work they did to see that I was set up. My furnace was 40 plus years old and finally gave up. Pyramid had worked on it before so I called them. Pyramid changed their schedules to accommodate me. Their service went above and beyond what I would normally expect of any business.
I've had Pyramid back annually for servicing, and find them just as professional and considerate. I will have them back for service whenever needed.

I recently had Pyramid Heating install a new high efficient gas furnace and air conditioner at my home. The guys who did the install did a great job and were really professional. I have used Pyramid heating for years and recommend them to friends and clients all the time. Great Service!

Dean was methodical, focused, and friendly. He helped me understand what the issues were and made corrections and fixes where he could. I appreciate his hard work and efforts in trying to get our HVAC working again and don't hold the Sunday after hours fees against him!!

The technician (Randy) was wonderful, fixed a majorly annoying issue easily and even trained us on how to spot fix it in the future so it won’t get bad! Felt safe having him in my home during COVID as he took precautions and wore protective equipment. He even told me that if the problem occurs again to call them up ASAP and they will work with the manufacturer and get a replacement under warranty (although I think he fixed it, fingers crossed!) Excellent service!

The service person was very personable, thorough, and professional. He explained everything that he was doing and answered my questions without talking down to me. I was very pleased with this service and the service person that provided it.

This firm is one of the most fair and honest heating and cooling firms I have ever used on my rental properties.
Randy (Technician for Pyramid) had just pulled up to service my neighbors furnace so I ran over and asked him a question about my own inoperative furnace in my property.

Randy was kind enough to come over immediately after he repaired my neighbors furnace and in 2 minutes he discovered that I had incorrectly wired a new thermostat which was blowing out a fuse in the furnace which he quickly replaced.

He also refused to charge me for his 5 minutes of work so now Pyramid Heating & Cooling will be my “go to” Heating & Cooling firm for all my rentals. Thanks again Randy.

Pyramid has done several different rounds of work on our house, including furnace work, A/C install, water heater install, gas stove maintenance, and routine maintenance. They are a professional group who communicates well, has a strong back office team, arrives on time, and does quality work. I would call them transparent and honest. We have worked with Dave (sales) and Deon (tech) and highly recommend both of them. We will continue to call on Pyramid when the need arises.

The tech was pleasant but had no new filter with him, and within 5 minutes of arriving he told me that I needed one. What sort of company services heating systems and doesn’t carry filters? This is the company that installed the system and arrangements were made well in advance. Anyway, I’m glad that this was the free service, if I had to pay for this maintenance I would have thrown the guy out!

I became concerned about the venting from my dryer.
I called Pyramid Heating and I use them every year for furnace maintenance. Jennifer in the office is amazing, professional, nice and actually funny!
She sent Randy out who followed all Covid protocol and within 30 minutes cleaned out the vent, tested it and said I ll see you in 3 years! How awesome is that?
