    They designed the air flow for the house, and one room gets almost no air flow. they made tons of excuses, but didn't fix it. Instead I was cursed out by the owners son. I almost quit using them, but the owners son left company, so assumed it was all good. Within the last two years, Two different gas leak issues found, very shortly after maintenance. One should have been caught by person. The other was a secondary heat exchanger failure. And gas was going out exhaust. Raised that there was a weird smell on exhaust. The maintenance person checked it out and said it was no issue. Later had to call gas company as it clearly had gas smell coming out exhaust. This is a known failure for carrier furnaces and they failed to look at it. Don't waste your time with this company.

    DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! If I could give Pyramid Heating and Cooling zero stars I would. We had the worst experience with them. And as I write this review my family of 7 and I have been without AC for 5 days with temperatures in the high 80’s. With lots of body heat in our house. We had a complete new AC, furnace, and pump installed on Thursday 8/11 two installers came out, installed the unit. Said our AC unit wouldn’t be fully installed and operational until the following day Friday 8/12. Ethan one of the installers had to run to the store multiple times to go get parts for our unit. Because it wasn’t working. He finally got our AC up and running. He left that Friday around 3pm. And then the AC unit completely lost power and shut down an hour after he left. We contacted Pyramid main office and they dispatched a service guy Keith, he showed up to our house. Keith said there wasn’t much he could do. And we need to have an electrician come out because our brand new unit wasn’t getting enough electricity to operate. So, we finally called Dan on Friday in a last effort and plea to help us (He’s the one that gave us our bid). Dan said “I’m sorry about all that”. I sent an Email to their “third party” electrician company. To send an electrician to our house. Dan said someone would “probably” come out Saturday 8/13. And he would give us call. Well, we waited all weekend, and have heard nothing. Finally, my husband called Dan Sunday evening to see if he had heard anything. Dan says “I just got an email, and an electrician will be out to our house sometime in the AM Monday 8/15 but couldn’t give an exact time. So, now my husband has to take time off work (and lost wages) to be here with the HVAC and electrician. It’s been nothing but a hassle with no resolution in order. We are hoping to have our AC back up and running by Monday 8/15. But how this company operates and does business We’re not very hopeful.

    I recently had an A/C unit installed by Pyramid. We tried to book early (in March) to ensure the work was done prior to summer. The work, billing, and inspections were communicated clearly and scheduled promptly.

    When the initial install had trouble, and a critical failed part was on order for an inordinate amount of time, leading up to the summer and recent heat waves, the folks at Pyramid went above and beyond to get the unit repaired ASAP, culminating in a full replacement which went off without a hitch.

    The service and responsiveness of the folks at Pyramid was fantastic, exactly what I was looking for when I opted to work with a local business. My family and I couldn't be happier with the outcome - thanks again to everyone at Pyramid!

    Very disappointing experience with Pyramid. They had previously installed my complete HVAC system about 10 years ago. The AC stopped working. I had an inspector come out to diagnose that there was a leak somewhere in the system. He said that they would send me a write up on the issue and work with me to schedule a repair. I reached out to them and no responses. Well, the only response I received was a bill after I had already paid for the service. They claimed that their inspection cost does not apply towards any repairs. I had Roth come out within a day and their inspection cost was half of what Pyramid charged and is applicable towards my repairs. Overall, Pyramid has definitely lost me as a customer and I am much more impressed with the service and professionalism of the Roth team.

    Our AC went out on a Sunday.
    Keith arrived quickly and had our unit back on line within 15 minutes! (He replaced the capacitor).

    He took time to explain what he did and he answered all of my questions graciously!
