Great service. Appointment was scheduled easily. Technician was right on time. Answered all our questions. Went the extra step to check on any warranty because unit was here when we bought the house and we had no idea about a warranty. (Sadly, it had expired) Have us tips on usage. We were very pleased with this experience. And we had a coupon to use!

I contacted Pyramid to do annual maintenance on my furnace and A/C. Athen performed a comprehensive review of the systems. He actually did maintenance that other companies didn't do and found problems and then he resolved them. He took pride in doing a thorough job. He was patient in answering all of my questions and he educated me about a number of issues. He reviewed the settings on my thermostat in line with my health needs. I had my AC go out the previous summer, and had called a different company for a quote. Their technician proceeded to tell me the unit couldn’t be repaired. I’ll spare the details of that experience, but ended with a quote of “around $20,000”. Obviously, I wasn’t prepared for that kind of expense, so I shelved it for something to deal with later.

Enter Pyramid. I called for them to provide a quote, and Athen was out here a couple of days later. I fired up the AC, and he literally had it fixed in about five minutes, was just a part that had to be swapped, and it’s cost me less than $200. He was informative and helpful the entire time, the experience was better than I could’ve hoped for.

Pyramid saved me literally tens of thousands of dollars that was quoted from the other guys. I cannot recommend them enough.

Pyramid installed our entire HVAC and radiant floor system in a new house we built. Not only did they do an absolutely fantastic job, but they were also wonderful to work with. Their crews were always on time, respectful and thorough in performing their work. Their follow-up on everything once the job was complete was above and beyond, and their continued system maintenance has been incredibly easy to work with.

I didn't have very good experiences with the 2 previous HVAC service companies inhad used so decided to give Pyramid a try since they are new to Bend. Very good and thorough service at a fair price. Their lead technician was able to inform me on details of our current system that I didn't know (home was 8 years old when we bought it) which was very helpful and should allow us better comfort throughout the seasons.
