Scott and Frank from Trantel Heating and Cooling are the best! They installed a challenging industrial grade A/C system as part of a wine cellar cooling system and are tweaking it. The work is high quality, always on time and they were both delightful and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Great guys, harder workers. Got what shouldve been a two day job finished in one long, selfless, 10 hour shift, just before the hottest day of the week. Thanks to them, were gonna be cool as a cucumber.

The team that was sent out to do the AC install were polite and courteous. Very diligent with their work and kept me in the loop throughout the whole installation process of what needed to be done.

Great to work with. Owner Scott came out in a timely manner and was very helpful and professional in helping us realize Ductless was the way to go for our third floor. Quote was timely, Scott and his team were responsive whenever I had questions by email or phone. Install team was professional and easy to work with as well. It’s been about a month but so far we’re loving our ductless heads. Heat and cool very well. Would definitely recommend Trantel!

We purchased a new thermostat to install ourselves but our wiring was too complicated. They quoted us a much lower price than home Depot. Our heating and ac system turned out to be wired wrong and pretty complicated. They still charged us what they quoted and not more. Everyone was super nice and kept us in the loop with everything they were doing. I'm blown away by how great they were. They told us how to do things ourselves and were super upfront with what we could easily do. I cannot recommend them enough!

The man that answered the phone, Dan, was knowledgeable, kind and efficient. So was Scott, the man that located the problem. So we’re the two who did the work. I was so impressed with their kindness and consideration and efficiency. When I called The company that installed my heater 6 years ago, the receptionist told me I’d have to wait 4 days for some to look at the heater that was making a horrific noise. They made no offer of a space heater. The Trantel offered a heater or two if the repair couldn’t be done in a day. Excellent service!!! I’m so grateful, Sincerely, Rita Alm

They were on time, communicated well, and kept on testing things until it was working correctly. They were very nice to work with, and did a great job!

Very courteous & respectful, willing to wear masks & efficient. They did repairs their first visit and cleaned our outdoor AC unit second visit about a week later. Definitely would recommend/ use again.
