Trantel Heating & Cooling

Just had a new heat pump installed. Scott has been extremely helpful and patient with us, as we had a total of 3 estimates for different heating/cooling options over the last year or so before we finally got the recent work scheduled. The team that did the heat pump installation were on time, friendly and professional, carefully explaining options and being very respectful of the house. Scott was also kind enough to review the work and answer our questions the day after the work was finalized. Overall, super pleased and would highly recommend them.

Our furnace fan motor was fried and needed replacing, and these folks scheduled us in quickly. Chaz was great, very fast and efficient. Also didn’t hurt that the repair bid was significantly lower than the other places we asked. I’ll be using Trantel in the future for my hvac needs.

Tristan and Lexi from Trantell came out to repair 3 units and they were friendly, responsive, and very professional. They diagnosed the issues quickly and communicated the problem and the fix clearly. They will be my “go to” HVAC helpers from now on. Thanks to you both for making this experience enjoyable and fun ☺️

Scott Trantel himself installed my HVAC system almost 20 years ago, and I remain a loyal customer and I also remain really impressed with his team. Tristan and Lexie arrived here last week in less than an hour after I called to report that my furnace stopped working, thanks to Brook's excellent schedule juggling and empathy. They asked really good questions before even looking at my furnace, and once they did, they diagnosed and fixed it quickly. But the real value is that they took the time to thoroughly explain what might have happened and how I can avoid it in the future, along with some next steps I might be able to take with regard to a fireplace/HVAC issue. I really liked and respected both of them. Brook clearly cares about quality service and followed up a few days later to make sure that I'm in good shape now, and her followup really meant a lot to me. These are all reasons why I give Trantel Services five stars and a solid endorsement.

Scott and his team removed some radiators from my house that were no longer needed. They were very easy to work with and finished sooner than expected. The whole process was quick and stress free. I would definitely call again when I need furnace/boiler repair.

Chaz and Tristan came out to replace my ancient heating unit. They were great! They were both super professional and kind. I also spoke to Brooke at the office and her communication was perfect and super helpful! I also love that they are local! Would def recommend!

I highly recommend Trantel Heating & Cooling because they were quick responding, professional, and efficient. Chaz and Alexie came to my home and were personable, skillful, and went above and beyond their jobs to help me move an AC window unit into my garage after they installed the new AC system. And, my dogs really liked them both too!

Very happy with the service Chaz and Lexie provided. They got straight to the issue with our A/C, explained very clearly what had failed and how they will fix it. When they found the problem they continued to diagnose to be sure nothing was missed, which I appreciated. They also, explained ways we could maintain the system ourselves to help keep it running smoothly. They were friendly and courteous. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend.

We had our AC unit acting up for awhile, and we weren't sure what was wrong with it. We had another company come and look at it and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I got a recommendation to call Trantel Services, so I called for an appointment. They were on time, and knowledgeable. Chaz, Tristian and Lexi came out and fixed our unit same day. I would highly recommend!

Our house was serviced by Chaz and he did an excellent job identifying the issues with our AC units even though there are multiple units throughout the house. He also gave us some maintenance tips and was overall kind and helpful.
