    My furnace wasn't working and Tantel was able to fit me in within a couple of hours of calling, even though they were booked out for a couple weeks. Really appreciate that. Furnace is working 100%!

    Furnace stopped working one night. I was assigned Trantel through AHS. They worked with AHS to get me the part I needed to fix the furnace. Today Steve Buyserie came out and fixed the furnace. He stayed to make sure it continued working, cycling it on and off. He explained some simple maintenance tips I could do (new house) to keep it running well. All employees of Trantel that I have delt with have been courteous and personable. Just one man's opinion.

    Very friendly and caring staff and technicians; timely and expert. They care about the customers so much that they are willing to help them with other issues ( e.g. are they safe and comfortable while work is in progress, etc,) .     Had to order filters for furnace. They delivered to door within a day of ordering. Delivered size that was written on furnace. Could not get filters to fit (older furnace). They came out within a couple of days to install. Worked with Dan and Scott, both great.

    This area is littered with under-qualifed and 3rd rate technicians. "It's hard to find good help these days!" Really applies around here. The customer service and techs at Trantel stand well above the competitors, and would outclass even big city operations.
