Very good service, Tristan, Lexi and Chaz were excellent in communication and quality of work. They installed our A/C system very quickly and with great quality. Friendly and very good with our dog.

I have recently worked with Trantel on two separate gas furnace repairs within the last month. They were quick to schedule and repair and kept me up to date with what was going on. This was a big difference from working with another vendor that we had to work with since this was going through my home warranty. They are professional and knew what they were doing. I had 2 other vendors go out and they either gave me an incorrect recommendation or they did not repair the furnace correctly. I would highly recommend Trantel and am so happy that my home warranty company works with them!

The team at Trantel Heating and Cooling are true LIFE SAVERS! They literally came to the rescue when a different company failed to service my heating system not once, twice, but three different times! I had heard about Trantel from a friend of mine and within 24 hours of my call, they were on my property, diagnosed the problem and had my house heated ALL IN THE SAME VISIT! They went above and beyond and not only were they incredibly professional, punctual, and thorough, but they explained all the work that was performed, answered all my questions and they were extremely friendly! I am forever thankful!

Scott and Christian came to my rescue when my furnace failed, necessitating a new furnace during to snowstorm. They came on a Saturday to provide me with heat, and worked diligently all day to install the new furnace. They are knowledgable, courteous, professional and friendly. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend them. Jenn kept me up to date throughout the few days it took to arrange appointments throughout the snow. Thank you Trantel Team!

We have used Trantel twice now. Once through our insurance and second time we reached out directly. They did a great job, communicated clearly, and kept us updated when there were even anticipated delays. They were not delayed in the end. Very helpful staff across the board that added value. Also a local small business so that is another reason to use them!

Trantel came to the rescue when another local contractor (George Morlan Plumbing) caused a gas explosion and fire at our home that rendered our furnace unusable. They were very quick to respond and we are grateful for such great service!

This is a company that my home warranty provider uses. When my air conditioner failed, they came out and recommended that it be replaced. It took over 2 months because the home warranty company did not get the equipment in a timely manner. During this time, however, the folks at Trantel (Scott and Dan) were empathetic and responsive. They went to bat for us, tried to contact the warranty people are on our behalf, and when the equipment was finally available, got us on their schedule right away. Both new A/C and furnace installed in one day....thanks, Scott.
