Trantel Heating and Cooling was professional, quick, and easy to work with. Our heating system broke in November and as it was urgent that we get a working system. Trantel was easy to contact y and had a person out to look at our system the same day. Within a week a new heating unit was installed and working.

We recently used Trantel when our furnace suddenly quit in the middle of the night during 20 degree temps. Spoke with Ron first thing the next morning and he somehow had a tech out to our home in under two hours. We then were able to get the broken unit replaced in under 24 hours. Each tech that entered our home were great and Ron was very responsive. Even in such a vulnerable position, I felt I was given fair and competitive pricing to replace the unit. We now have a quiet, energy efficient, and reliable furnace. Furthermore, we now have a trustworthy company to call for future heating and A/C service work. Highly recommend them!

On day 2 of the 3 day 100+ heat wave of June 2021 the fan on my AC condenser unit shuts off. Uh oh. Not a chance I'll get this fixed within the next week, right?. Gave Trantel a call (on a Sunday, mind you). They somehow were able to visit my house within 30 minutes of calling. Replaced the capacitor. AC works again. Seriously, give these guys a call. Best home repair service I've ever experienced.

I had a wonderful experience with the repairman that came out and installed our new wine cooler fridge unit. I would highly recommend Trantel.

For a company with such great prices and products, you’d think they’d lack in other areas. That’s not the case. This company is highly responsive to their clients needs. Their scheduling process is immaculately quick, fun and easy and you’re even sent a link to track your service technician when they’re on the way to your job. From the recommendation apt, to the quote (which was a great price compared to 5 other companies) to the installation (in my case done by Steve Smith who was thourough, detailed and worked hard to make everything look & work perfect). Every person involved was a pleasure to work with and worked to address any question and wishes. I wish I could use them for every other service I needed.

Trantel Services has been our go-to HVAC service since we moved to the area in 2009. From installing and maintaining our AC to maintaining the furnace that came with our house, we couldn't be happier. In 2020, our furnace died on Christmas Day (our fault for falling behind on maintenance). I left a message with Trantel the next day and got a call back before they were back from the holidays. After making sure we weren't freezing (we have space heaters), a non-tech admin offered to come out and take a look before the techs were backto work. He quickly diagnosed the problem (loose fuse) and fixed it. When someone in a neighborhood Facebook group was struggling to find someone to help with a furnace emergency, we recommended Trantel -- and they were able to help right away. We love Trantel Services and can't say enough good things about them.
