Great experience with these guys putting in our AC. Scott gave me a few choices for units and some add ons. He was very honest and upfront with pros and cons. Installation went smooth and they accommodated our last minute decision to move the unit. Went through how everything worked and cleaned up after they left. Received follow up call from Dan to make we were happy with the install.

The owner Dan, his head installer Scott, and their crew once again were fantastic for us. We had them replace our hot water heaters. Their bid was very competitive, they were on time for install, and very courteous regarding the COVID protocols for safety. We highly recommend them and will use them for all our HVAC & Plumbing needs.

Extremely poor customer service. We were assured that a phone call would occur on Saturday afternoon to let us know when the estimator would arrive on Saturday. Crickets. No call. No estimator. Late Wednesday afternoon Gina left a voicemail stating that Scott came out to provide an estimate. We never saw nor spoke to Scott. Gina also informed us that they were unable to do the work and to contact another company. We certainly will! Who wouldn't contact another company with Trantell's lack of professionalism and respect for a potential customer's time.

Staff: Courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, great communication, friendly, on time, respectful. A pleasure to have in my home and they exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Lexi was the tech that performed the service on my heating system. She got right in there and figured out what the problem was and got it fixed in a timely manner. Trantel Services is top notch in my book!

Excellent service, very friendly and professional! I woke up to a flooded bathroom due to a leaking toilet. Trantel Services was able to come that day to replace the toilet. Christian was very professional and explained everything as he went. He also made sure everything was cleaned up before he left and asked if I had any questions. Highly recommended!

Called in the late morning for a heating issue, had a technician at my house two hours later. Scott figured out the issue, repaired it, and was on his way less than an hour later. Friendly, knowledgeable, and timely.
