I had a leaky drain pain on my A/C condenser unit which sits on top of the furnace. After mistakenly calling another company(rhymes with moth) whose estimates were only geared towards upselling me an entire new home furnace system, I called Trantel on the recommendation of a friend. I found them very responsive. Tristan the tech came out and confirmed diagnosis, and I received a bid few days later. Their bid was over $2k less than the place trying to upsell. I moved forward with Trantel and they just performed the repair. They were courteous, on-time and communicated well. I couldn't be happier. Thank you for your work!

I was referred to Trantel services by my plumber. Scheduling was easy. Tristian and Chaz showed up on time. They looked at the issue, explained in detail what was happening and how they were going to fix it. 2 hours later they were done, everything worked perfectly and they cleaned up to the point you couldn’t tell any work had been performed. Really nice, personable and professional. Will definitely use again!

We had some issues with a water heater that led to some damage to our furnace. Trantel came out right away and fixed the problem. Then they came back when we thought there were other issues and walked us through the system and got it back up and running. Asked them to stay and tune up the A/C and they did it no questions asked. Great people to work with - both in the field and the office staff. Highly recommend this company!

I had a great experience with Trantel. Our home AC stopped working right before a heat wave, and Trantel was able to schedule us on short notice. Tristan was a knowledgable technician and promptly fixed the issue. I would highly recommend using Trantel for AC repair.

Weve used Trantel twice now. Once for annual maintenance and once for diagnostic. Their receptionist was helpful in scheduling and their mobile service teams have been great. Very quick to respond during busy season and had a non-functioning thermostat diagnosed and installed in a timely manner. Great communication from the office during scheduling, and the tech (Chaz) was great to work with.

I had a great experience working with Trantel. Starting with Jenn in the office: she was polite, prompt, professional, and an excellent communicator. The team of Scott, Dan, Dustin and Alex were able to get a new hot water heater installed in about 24 hours, when other places were telling me anywhere from 4 days to 3 weeks. They were timely, professional, courteous, and enjoyable to work with. Will definitely be calling them again for future services.

Trantel did not ask for money beyond their original bid when they discovered there was more to the installation than they thought at the time of the bid. And followed up with modifications when necessary.

I work from home, so having technicians come in and out to do repairs while I have meetings is stressful. Not only did Brook text and call me before a technician was sent out to ensure that the appointment times were good for me, but Lexie and Cederick were phenomenal. I have a weirder, older heating system that needed to be completely gutted and repaired, and they got me up and running extremely quickly.

Trantel was friendly, fast, and employs excellent technicians. I could not recommend them more.
