Deon was my service tech. He was very knowledgeable and had previously serviced my property. He was genuinely interested in my prior experience with Pyramid and was very contientious about providing reassurance about the status of my system. I appreciated his attention to detail and his concern for my anxiety about previous experiences. I appreciate this quality in a service tech.

I'm selling my condo and need some work done on the heating and cooling system per buyer's inspection. Initially I got a quote of 399 to do air duct and dryer vent cleaning and scheduled an appointment for it. But my listing agent called on the day of appointment and asked me to do the furnace and AC service, and dryer vent cleaning instead. So I asked the technician if he could do that. He said yes and said the price would change - the service would be about 150 each and dryer vent cleaning would be about 75. That seemed reasonable to me and we went on to work.

The technician was nice and friendly. He did a good job.

BUT, the bill turned out to be 149 + 119 for furnace and AC service and 179 for the dryer vent cleaning! Seriously? 179 for dryer vent cleaning? Duct-a-clean can clean air duct in my whole condo and dryer vent for 230.

I was shocked. The technician seemed shocked too. He said 179 was the price if he was only doing dryer vent cleaning. He also said if he was already at location doing other work and did dryer vent cleaning as an add-on work, the bill shouldn't be that much. He offered to call his service manager to adjust the bill. The manager was in a meeting so we decided that he let the manager know the problem and the service manager would call me with adjusted bill and collect payment. Well, the manager never called. I called Pyramid only to get the answer that the technician's words were not a real "quote". Dryer vent cleaning cost 179 and that's it.

Yeah, textbook price gouging. I paid outrages charge to clean my dryer vent. And Pyramid lost my business forever.

It's such a shame because the technician was really friendly and helpful. When he left, I was ready to buy a 3-year maintenance plan for my new house. But no, I would never do business with Pyramid again.

So happy the rental company went through Pyramid to fix my heat. My heat went out during the snow/ice storm on one of the coldest nights. The person (I meant to catch her name) who scheduled was personable and super helpful. Randy showed up this morning, even though the roads are snowy, and he went about and beyond to get my heat fixed. I really appreciate you all!!

The experience I had with Pyramid Heating & Cooling was excellent. I was pleased with everyone with whom I had contact. Can't remember everyone's name but they were all so polite and easy to work with. Randy came over this afternoon to assist me in programming my thermostat and he had the patience of Job. I can't thank him enough for all he did to help me feel comfortable with my new equipment.

I have used Pyramid for years. Every single technician is friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fix our furnace when other companies were telling us that there nothing they could do except add another air intake. I am happy to recommend them!

Very good experience with the tech. He performed an extensive check of the furnace and pointed out problems with the heat exchanger that could result in improper ignition and blowback. His advice was that we should replace our more than 50 year old unit with a new, modern furnace, and then he put me in contact with his office to schedule a consultation with a sales rep. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated not being pressured but rather informed about future steps to take.

I had the most pleasant professional experience with Victor! He frequently comes through my place of work and had noticed that our unit could use some cleaning so he gave us some awesome tips to be sure we could maintain it allowing it to work better for us on a day to day basis! I would absolutely work with this company and Victor in the future with any heating and cooling needs I had! Thank you again so much for being so helpful Victor, YOU ROCK!!

I have been waiting to write my review until we have had a chance to really enjoy our new mini-split heat pump, which was installed at our cabin on Mt. Hood. Alas, weather has conspired to keep us away! So for the moment I will review the team: What a terrific group of people, from the salesman through to the nice guys who came and spent a very cold day installing the unit, they were an impressive bunch. Great communicators, polite, friendly highly skilled and very thoughtful. Brian and I came up with an installation plan when he visited the cabin to give us an estimate, and the installation team arrived right on time, ready to carry it out, but devised an even better one on the spot. They were efficient, and cleaned up after themselves when they finished. And I can tell you that on a 31-degree day, when the final hook up was complete and we hit the on button, the air coming into the cabin measured a toasty 94-degrees. So, if the snow ever actually melts enough for my family to get back up there, I am confident it will be warm and cozy. I whole heartedly recommend Pyramid. What a terrific company!

We recently had Pyramid Heating install a heat pump and air handler in our home. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more professional experience! They communicated exceptionally well, and were always here when they said they’d be. We encountered a little wiring issue, and they made sure they got it diagnosed and fixed quickly. I am thrilled to give their crew five stars.
