Pyramid Heating & Cooling

Randy arrived and cleaned all the ducts after the construction left them full of sheet rock and other building materials. He also installed a new furnace filter as it was time for a change. He was respectful, polite, and thorough. We also asked him about a non-functioning thermostat, and he took the time to investigate and order a new one to be installed. Wonderful service!

This review is to report on Tony who is the extraordinary service technician who came for my first experience with Pyramid Heating. There were a few issues and questions regarding what was needed to replace the UV light kit system as it is apparently not a common one. He was smart and focused with a quick investigation and was able to provide clarity and peace of mind for me quickly.
Tony is unusually patient and kind which is what I needed that day. I am glad I called Pyramid and very very grateful that a guy like Tony showed up! I feel quite sure that I will be able to rely on Pyramid Heating and Cooling for service twice a year now for A/C and furnace.

All employees helpful, prompt, professional. and very friendly. Service representative helpful with answering question and very neat leaving work area clean when service concluded. We have use Pyramid Heating and Air conditioning for five years. So happy with their service signed up for their service contract for our service. We are put on a schedule for air conditioner and furnace and we don’t have to do anything’s as the office staff calls us to choose our date and time. Great Service in every way.

Pyramid is honorable and are experts in their field. Our service persons were thorough, experienced and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions without hesitation. The customer service staff in the office are also experienced and provided follow-up when needed/requested. I will continue to use Pyramid for all of my AC and gas furnace needs and recommend them highly. You will be in very good hands.

I really like working with Pyramid. This time, it was to have my ducts and vents cleaned. Randy was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time and got the work done in a timely manner, making sure to explain the process to me and to show me the results of his work. I couldn't recommend him or Pyramid highly enough.

Rick was our service technician for HVAC cleaning. Not only was he courteous and professional, but took the time to get to know a little about us as a family and homeowners. His work was efficient and well done. He gave good tips on keeping up with maintenance and other potential services we may want to utilize-no hard sales, just friendly, knowledgeable advice. We are glad we called Pyramid and will use them again in the future.

This is our second year having Pyramid perform annual maintenance on our furnace, A/C, and tankless water heater. The experience was great, all around. The office staff were helpful, efficient, and professional. Deon, the service technician, was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a very thorough cleaning of our furnace, (including sealing some leaks around screws and seams), AC, and tankless water heater, and when these were completed, he verified that all the systems were working well. We're very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Pyramid.

Our house was built in 2006. We bought the house in September 2017. One of our two 14-year-old heating systems failed just as the colder weather came upon us. Our main floor system was dead. A neighbor recommended Pyramid and I am so glad he did. Our Pyramid service tech, Deon, was so personable and forthcoming about all he found out about our failed old system. He explained each step he took to diagnose the problems and the potential for repairing it. He got the system "up and running" for now. His inspection of the second system revealed a significant leak in the unit. It's on it's last legs, too. Deon shared all the relevant information about that furnace/heat pump, too. Now, we can have a few days to evaluate the replacement of the 2 furnaces and 2 heat pumps we have in our 6,000 sq. ft. home. I believe that part of the cost of the home visit will be applied to a new system in case we purchase from Pyramid, so that's an added bonus. Great work, thorough explanations!

Update: 2-9-2021 Our service technician, Deon, just left. He performed a maintenance on the system installed a year ago. All functioning just great! We continue to appreciate Pyramid's top flight services.

Pyramid came yesterday to do our spring AC service. Their tech was on time, courteous and professional. Took time to explain what he was doing & best way to maximize system. I also appreciated small things like putting booties over his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt into our home and emailing receipt to us when he finished. Overall very satisfied with Pyramid and plan to continue to utilize for our heating/cooling needs.

I had an appointment this morning with Pyramid Heating to get a bid to install a new gas furnace in my home. Scheduling the appointment with Rachel was quick and easy. Matthew called me about 30 mins before our appointment to say he was on his way, which I really appreciate. He kind prompt, beyond courteous, and answered all of my questions as he walked through everything. I am still gathering quotes but so far am very impressed with Pyramid!
