Ben's Heating and AC

I've been having them come out for a few years & am really impressed with their service. They are Covid compliant, respectful, courteous and thorough. Carter & Allison did a great job.

We chose Ben's Heating and Cooling to install a new gas furnace and AC and are so glad we did. Not only were they prompt and knowledgeable when we were collecting quotes, had great rates, but we really loved going with a locally owned family business.

We were very interested installing a SensiPredict with our HVAC system so that we could have a smart HVAC and catch small problems before they actually effect our equipment. Ben's went out of their way to attend training on how to install, get the product, and help us get it activated. The install day of was very efficient and the workers were kind and knowledgeable.

We did run into an issue where we noticed after a few days that the system wasn't really cooling effectively. Ben's came out again and did an inspection and found a large break in our duct in the attic. I would recommend adding some sort of inspection to the process of getting a new HVAC just to make sure this is prevented but they fixed that day.

Finally, we are in a terrible heatwave of well over 100 degree weather and our new system is averaging at being able to cool our house by 30 degrees in comparison to the outdoor temperature!

Brett was on time, communicative and very nice. Although the issue couldn't be resolved by cleaning vents or opening dampeners, Brett offered to continue looking for other solutions despite knowing the real problem would require replacing the HVAC unit with a larger one. All in all everyone I dealt with were very nice and personable, I would definitely call them again!

These guys were awesome! From the initial contact and appointment setting, to the tech being on time and calling ahead of arrival, to resolving the AC issue efficiently and at reasonable cost. Aces all the way! They are our new HVAC people!

Our AC went out after years of service but unfortunately it happened right at the worst of times. The weather man was predicting high 90's for the week and my 8th pregnant daughter and her family were staying with us to help out with her difficult pregnancy. WE NEEDED COOLER TEMPERATURES IN OUR HOUSE! We tried a few portable AC units in windows and such but out house was too big to have any affect. I couldn't get anyone to come out and give me an appraisal for weeks. I called Ben's whom I had never heard of unfortunately. I wish I had. The President himself came to my house that evening and produced a quote for me. His price was reasonable and cheaper than what estimates I could muster out of others over the phone.

They were able to squeeze me into their schedule and I had a cool house on a 95 degree day just two days later!

Their installers were great. They were quick and professional. They improved the way the previous AC unit was set up as they replaced pretty much everything. They cleaned up everything so when they walked away, my garage looked better than when they showed up. They Reviewed my new AC Unit with me and instructed me on care and maintenance so I would be able to extend the life of my AC unit as long as possible and tested it to make sure it was all perfect.

They asked if I wouldn't mind putting one of their signs in my yard to share with neighbors about my experience. Its still there 6 months later and I've referred several people to Ben's. My experience with them was great. They were quick, honest, affordable, and have followed up with me months later to makes sure I was happy with their work. I'd suggest anyone needing help with Air Conditioning or Heating, give Ben's a call. They've been great for me and I'm sure they'd be the same for you.

Angelo who came to fix the Lenox central air unit was a throughly professional and delightful repairman. Extremely courteous, informative and effecient. I would definitely use Ben's for any heating, cooling needs. Dana the phone receptionist was also very helpful. I'm one senior who was very pleased with their work, highly recommend them.

Our A/C stopped working, called another place and they quoted 2k to repair, and really wanted to sell a new system for 15k.
Called Bens and they got the system back running for $250. Said that while the system was 12 years old, it was still in decent shape.
Our tech, Justin, was great. This should be your go to HVAC company. They will give you honest feedback and excellent service.

When I have had a breakdown, they have it up and running quickly and the cost is half of what other people I know pay other companies. I like that they are local and they really do have great people working for them.
