Ben's Heating and AC

They were incredibly prompt in dealing with a broken AC in the middle of a heat wave. When other companies were booked out months they were able to squeeze in service in only a matter of days. Brett did an amazing job quickly diagnosing the issue and completing the repair. I am extremely happy with the service I received.

I would rate them a 5 star, but I chose a 3 due to the initial communication trying to get the installation scheduled. The ball was dropped a few times where we waited for a call back and didn't receive one for multiple days. However, every conversation was very friendly and professional, I think they may be in a very busy time of year. Once we got through the initial communication issue it was smooth sailing from there on out.

I have used Ben's for 10 years now.. I have always been stratified. Communicative, prompt good pricing Unfortunately he was not able to correct the issue. There are multiple failure points. Now worries Ben's will sent out another tech at no charge for more diagnostic tests.

We have used Ben's service for over six years. The home owners before us used the service for 7 years and highly recommended them. We're glad we stayed with them! Honest, Good, Consistent service. 5 Stars.

12-29-2020 Excellent Experience.
Our gas furnace was slow to warm the house in the morning and would frequently short cycle (heat/purge/off/restart and repeat) several times until eventually reaching set temp. Calling for an appointment was the first surprise. A real live person (Dana) answered, asked some questions and scheduled a technician who was familiar with our multi-zone electronics. The Technician (Aaron) arrived on time, asked a bunch of questions, tuned up our furnace, corrected gas pressure and recommended some operational adjustments. Aaron took time before and after working on the furnace to explain everything. Today’s high will be 38 and for the first time in years the house is comfortable throughout. I highly recommend them and I will definitely have them back in May to service our AC system.

Prompt and polite answering the phone and scheduling service. Carter was a great technician. I learned a few new things and he stayed on the job through two trips to the parts store to get my system back online.

Angelo and his associate with Ben's Heating and AC, were very knowledgeable, quickly understood the AC system and inspected and repaired the AC, and they cleaned all the 15 ducts which included one that was 14 ft high, and installed a new thermostat easily at my 1900 sf home in Beaverton. They were professional, thorough and cleaned well. I definitely will only stay with Ben's.

Replaced traditional combined gas furnace/refrigerated air forced air unit with heat pump system. Arrived promptly, very very courteous and explained process. Good clean work and stayed to complete installation in one day and have new system fully operational before they left. Very satisfied.
