Craig and Trevor were great to work with! Trevor did a thorough site visit, took photos, listened well and understood our needs which included moving our AC condenser unit to another location on the property. They had to drill through walls and navigate small spaces. Craig and his team executed the job perfectly. It was quick, and I was so impressed observing the process. Aaron was great. I originally hired them to just service our furnace and AC, but he found several issues from it being installed incorrectly. He ordered the necessary parts, and came back to fix it all. He was trust worthy, thorough and a good communicator. I would definitely recommend.

Have used Steve Green and 72 Degrees for several years. The last HVAC and AC unit were installed by them. Good prices and great service. I highly recommend them to others. They do a great job of adding who is coming out and when they will be there. No need to wait around all day like other places. Try them.

Our HVAC went out right before the heatwave is scheduled to hit this weekend. They were able to squeeze me in same day!! The tech Trevor was super friendly and professional! He was able to troubleshoot the problem and had the part he needed on his truck and got it fixed right away. The cost was very affordable as well. I’ve been using 72 Degrees for several years now. I’ve been on their maintenance plan and always been happy with every technician they’ve sent out. In December had them out for furnace tuneup and discovered I had a cracked heat exchanger so my furnace was done. They got me on their schedule and replaced it the very next day. Today they replaced my old a/c unit. Every time they come, they are prompt, professional and hard working. They put protective cloths down to protect my floors and wear booties in the house, as well as masks. Highly recommend this company

We have used 72 Degrees for over a decade and always have been pleased with the degree of professionalism, product knowledge, and overall customer care they provide. The app they send to tell you where the service truck is located and when it will arrive is very clever. They lay their tools out in such an orderly fashion that you'd think surgeons were about to operate. This time, we needed a new furnace. They gave us clear options and time frames for delivery. Space heaters were provided if the temporary fix failed. Eventually, they bumped an AC installation job so we could have heat. Sorry for that. But, we're happy.

I wrote this 16 years ago: We have been customers of 72 Degrees for over 15 years. They have been consistently reliable, fair in their pricing, professional and responsive. We just had a new gas heater installed. The owner of the company came to help with the installation and to make sure it was perfect. It IS perfect! We appreciated him being here and his experience in making things work right. He also was instructing his employee as they worked - hands-on training. The best way to learn. His style of training was kind, informative and non-judgmental. His employee is lucky. He's learning from a pro! When they were finished, it was a "leave-no-trace" visit. The area was immaculate and we have a great new heater - just when we needed one!
My NEW review as of March, 2023: 72º continues to be my HVAC company of choice! They installed a central A/C unit in my new home in 2021. Since then, Craig Knutson has come twice a year to service the heating system and the air conditioner. I consistently have an excellent experience with Craig - he does a great job, is a pleasure to talk with and he’s 100% professional while being a warm person and highly trustworthy. I am always happy when he is assigned to maintain my HVAC system. I know I’m getting the best in both expertise and as a person!

Saved me thousands of dollars (literally) and dying from heatstroke (figuratively…mostly 🤣).

Came out next day, showed up early, quickly diagnosed problem, communicated process and options at every step, and went above and beyond even holding ice packs on unit to get it to cool down and work vs. having to replace full unit.

Aaron was great to work with and was also very wonderful with our old little rescue dog who is still a little scared of strangers. Giving her pets and treats to make her feel at ease.

The person we bought our house from used 72 degrees for the annual maintenance/checkup and so do we now, which is why I think this unit is doing as well as it is for as old as it is.

12/10 would use 72 Degrees again!

We have used 72 Degrees for seven years and are always happy with their crew and service. They are always updating their processes to include new technology (sending text reminders, photo of your tech, payment processing etc) which is great. We’ve always found them up front on any issues they find, honest about whether any repairs are needed now or can wait and we find their prices competitive. We’ve never had to wait days or schedule another appointment for parts/install. In fact on one occasion we needed a furnace part that the tech didn’t have on the truck. He said it would be 3-4 hours before he could get it and come back to install. He ended up calling another tech and drove out to get one they had. When all was said and done he had the job done in just over an hour.
That is the level of service we have always received from 72 Degrees. Thank you!

Aaron was wonderful. Highly recommend 72 degrees. They were able to get us in on short notice, Aaron not only diagnosed the issue that we were having with our AC that was causing the sale of our home to be on hold, but, he left to get the parts and came back within an hour to do the work. It's unheard of to not have to reschedule someone coming back to complete repairs! We genuinely appreciate that he did this for us. It saved us so much time and money.
