Second time using Three Rivers H&C. Both times, wonderful service! Quick, professional, attentive and the pricing is great. We were fortunate to have Brad come over both times. I cannot state how great he is! He got down to business and fixed the issue, then took the time to explain it in easy to understand terms, what the resolution was.

I would recommend Three Rivers over any other HVAC company in the area.

Installation began at 8:30 on schedule and was completed by 5PM. The crew is very professional and respectful. Booties are worn inside the house. Worksite was tidy during the installation. Complete clean up and haul away of debris at the end of the job. Programming of the system and testing completed. Very good attention to detail yielded a sanitary looking installation of the electrical, plumbing and exhaust connections. Walk around and review of the installation done on completion. A very nice install. I highly recommend Three Rivers Heating and Cooling.

I've called Three Rivers two different times: once when our furnace quit working, and once when our AC unit quit. Both times my call was answered immediately, a time was scheduled and the service person arrived on time or early. Work was completed quickly and effectively. Jesse and Brad were great to work with! Jesse answered all of my questions, was very informative, prompt, and coordinated extremely well with my waterproofing contractor to schedule the furnace installation around the water proofing project. I am very happy with their work, and will use them to install my air conditioning down the road. They provided some of the best customer service I've ever received from a business.
