BEYOND happy with the service I received. Brad went above and beyond to make sure our furnace was fixed and he finally taught us how to use the system after 3 years. We've had so many companies come through and they couldn't understand how our weird system was setup. But he took his time and got everything taken care of. We finally have consistent heat and a much more efficient setup. Thank you!

We finally made the leap to install central AC. After doing our due diligence we settle on working with Three Rivers.
Brad came by to look at what our situation was. He listened to what we wanted, looked at what we needed, answered our questions, and made 3 different suggestions at 3 price points.
We settled on a mid tier AC unit and also upgraded our thermostat to a smart one(purchased elsewhere).
Jesse and Gabe took care of the install. They super friendly. Explained the process. Once finished they went over the details of the system and how to get the best longevity out of it.
We had a small issue after they left and they were prompt in returning to address it.
Everything was transparent, honest, and upfront. Which is unique in todays world of dealing with contractors.
From start to finish we couldn't be happier and more satisfied. Thanks guys!

Jesse and Gabe were awesome! I called this morning and they were able to come the same day. They explained what they needed to do and carried out the repair quickly and systematically. Very up front about the cost and trying to keep it as low as possible. We will be using their services every 6 months from now on to keep our unit running properly.

I used Three Rivers to replace my entire system after my neighbor Damaged my outside unit. One of the owners Brad came out same day and gave me a diagnostic and quote for replacement. They were able to fit me in right away and had great customer service. Jesse and Brad completed the job in one long day as the next day was Easter and they wanted to make sure my holiday was comfortable. I would definitely recommend them over many local bigger companies. Three Rivers saved me from having to deal with multiple service calls and issues in the future- they even registered my equipment for me! Polite, fast and professional service! I was so impressed a hired them for another house project, a waterline for my Fridge. I will continue to use and recommend them in the future!!

Brad and Jesse did such an excellent job replacing our heating and cooling systems. They explained everything thoroughly and worked efficiently to finish our job done in one day, even with challenging discoveries as they went. My experience with this company has been great! When I called they were able to come out the next day, they ended up calling and was able to come out before my scheduled time which was great. He informed of what was wrong with my unit and was able to fix it quickly and now my AC is running great. I definitely recommend this company for heating and AC repairs.

I hired Three Rivers to service my furnace before the cold weather arrives. Brad was able to schedule me reasonably quickly and he was very thorough. He was able to make some recommendations on how I can keep my furnace running better for longer, and helped diagnose some issues with uneven heating in my home. We loved working with Brad from Three Rivers H&C. He is professional, courteous, and happy to share his knowledge and explain the work he's doing. He helped us replace a 20+ year old HVAC system with a high efficiency 2 stage furnace and new AC. The furnace works great - the AC had a few hiccups but Brad has been happy to come back out and get everything squared away to keep it working as expected. We would recommend Three Rivers to anyone looking for HVAC work.

I couldn't have hoped for a more seamless experience with Brad, Jesse and crew. Everything from bids to service was delivered exactly as they promised. I was given three options at three different price points. I never doubted they didn't have my best interest as a customer in mind, and was relieved when they didn't try to sell me on something that wasn't right for me. My experience is that that you can trust these guys ! Without hesitation I will be using Three Rivers HVAC again.

Brad was very courteous, prompt and was able to not only perform maintenance on the furnace, but he also discovered two wiring problems that had been changed by previous technicians. Fixing these wiring problems improved the safety of my furnace and will also save me money in the long run by increasing its efficiency. I will definitely have him back in the Spring for AC service!
