Three Rivers and Brad are awesome. They conduct business professionally, ethically, and courteously. Our furnace motor went out in February, 2019. In November 2019 it stopped working again. The company that replaced it in February left us high and dry. Wouldn't return calls, texts or emails. After a month with no heat, we called Three Rivers. Brad immediately picked up the phone and scheduled a time to inspect our issue. He tried a couple things to make sure it was a blown motor again, as to not charge us for something we didn't need. It ended up needing a new motor, again. He replaced the motor quickly and got heat back in our house. Now he is working with the supplier to get reimbursement for the cost of the motor that failed in less than a year. Three Rivers and Brad were great to deal with. Always stayed in communication, kept the worksite clean, and made sure all our questions were answered. If you want an honest, straightforward, professional heating company, these are the guys to call. Don't mess around like I did and get a company that leaves you stranded when their product fails. Three Rivers will get the work done right and in a timely manner.

My AC was not working. Called this business as they were local. Two guys came the same day, told me without a doubt, that I would need an entire new system installed and quoted me $10,000 via our conversation. My heat pump was only 2 years old and still under warranty. I called another local contractor and he looked at it for free, told me it was the condenser and I was still under warranty. He charged me $325 to do the work and charge the system. When I asked Three Rivers to refund my service fee (they were only at my house for 10 minutes total, 8 of them trying to convince me that my entire system needed replaced) they said absolutely not. I would never recommend a scam artist and that is impression they gave me. I believe that they also scratched the date off of my unit so it was hard for the next guy to verify that I was still under warranty. I had a bad experience with this business

Brad was a lifesaver. Our AC unit stopped working just before the latest heat wave. He came out on short notice, after hours, and took care of business. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it on the spot. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Three River Heating and Cooling again. Good service providers can be hard to find and these guys are top notch!

Good vendors are so hard to find right now when you are a realtor representing sellers/buyers. A past client referred Three Rivers and he did an excellent job and really stepped up to get to the property quickly when I couldn't find anyone else to help out. Watch out for Three Rivers drivers on the interstate. They cut lanes and create hazardous conditions for other drivers. Today I had to severely brake while the driver cut in front of me to make an exit. I will never do business with such irresponsible people.

Co-owner Brad came to my house when he worked for another company. He showed me the cracks in my heat exchanger and courteously explained why I needed a new furnace. On installation day he showed up on time, put in my new high efficiency furnace, answered all my questions, and double checked to make sure everything was working properly. He followed up the next day to check that there were no problems.

It's not easy finding an HVAC fixer when your furnace is on the fritz. The offers that were available involved a lot of $ just to diagnose the situation. Brad came through with a timely and very reasonable offer. He showed up on time, was personable and immediately determined the source of the problem - and explained exactly why my furnace was throwing the breaker - fixing it almost as quickly. Hats off to Brad! We highly recommend Three Rivers!
