Three Rivers was fantastic! they were able to schedule service within a week of when I called. service was quick and easy.

Brad and Chris are truly a dynamic duo. They deserve more than 5 stars. I'd give them a perfect 10. They underbid the other 2 business who bid the job and did it on a faster timeline than those other 2. Couldn't be happier that we when with 3 Rivers. Plus they also installed our new hot water heater and a ducted range hood in the kitchen. They are men for all seasons! Thanks Brad and Chris!

I called Three Rivers for a same day repair and they arrived in less than an hour from my call. They were friendly and professional and were able to repair my issue to meet the current codes. When they were in the attic, they saw another minor issue on vent and repaired that at no additional cost. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been using 3 Rivers for 2 years now. They are easy to communicate with and show up on time as promised. I especially appreciate that they give me a heads up on parts that need to be replaced in the next year so I can plan on budgeting for those repairs. I would much rather replace an igniter this year than deal with a no heat situation next year!

Brad is awesome, very kind, professional, and knowledgeable! Plus the prices were reasonable and he took care of everything that was needed. Definitely will work with Three Rivers again in the future and recommend them highly.

Our AC starting putting out hot air at 5pm on a Wednesday night on a 100 degree day which was to be followed by an even hotter day. I frantically sent out a request on Thumbtack that evening and Brad responded at 10pm that he could be out the next day around noon. Hallelujah. As I sit here writing this in the comfort of my now functioning AC I have three or four companies reaching out to let me know that they don't have any openings until later next week. Their price quotes are also 3x what Brad charged to change out our bad capacitor and clean out the gunky nest that had been built up inside our neglected AC. I've learned two things today. 1. I'll never neglect such a precious member of our family again and 2. If you need anything involving AC/Heat don't even bother with anyone else but Three Rivers Heating and Cooling!!

We recently used Three Rivers for an air conditioning leak repair. Brad went above and beyond to work with our home warranty company to make the repair happen. He was professional and answered all our questions. We will for sure call them again the next time we need a repair!

Brad was professional and polite. Definitely went above and beyond to do the job right. As a woman, the thing I appreciate the most is that he was not a "mansplainer" and was great about explaining what needed to be done. I highly recommend this company.
