I also had an aggressive driver from Protemp try to initiate a fight with me after I had to swerve out of my lane to keep from getting sides wiped by him. He kept trying to get me to pull over and then would pound his fist into his other hand to threaten me. He then accelerated quickly behind me like he was going to ram me. I have front and rear dash cameras on my car and caught it all on video. I sent it to his boss and still waiting for a reply.

Edit: the companies response back was that their driver's behavior, intimidation, threats of violence, and road rage were justified and there was nothing wrong with it in the eyes of the company. I was also told that I am just looking for trouble and that I should grow up and leave this nonsense behind.

Beware of Pretemp! It is not just their drivers that are the problem, but management as well. Do not let these people into your house. If they act like this on the road towards other drivers, how will they behave in your house around your family? There are plenty of other companies in the Portland/metro area to use.

When the guy came in to work on our thermostat he was pretty rude. We work at a location that uses this companies service. We asked him for contact information so we can call the company. He directed us to another store in the plaza to get contact info. He never left his contact info either. He probably never thought he would get a review but "thats just his world" as he would put it.

The dispatcher is disrespectful, dishonest, and miserable person to deal with. She lied to my boss to cover her incompetence. Hopefully she can get the help she needs. Most of the techs are incompetent idiots.

Horrible experience, very rude employees! The work takes forever and it is often done wrong. Beware, their prices might seem good but expect sloppy work.
