Ben's Heating and AC

We had another positive experience with Ben's Heating. Carter was really helpful answering my questions and explaining details about the furnace service. He really made my toddlers light up when he responded to their toy snowball ambush while we were going over the estimate.

Alison was amazing - arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable and able to identify the issue with our AC and fix it in no time. The issue started yesterday and within 24 hours it was fixed because of Ben’s Heating & AC (other repair companies had 2 week waiting lists for a technician to become available). Will definitely be a return customer in the future if we need it!

I was very satisfied with their work then, and equally satisfied with Alison on the maintenance call. My air conditioner needed a new capacitor, which she had in her vehicle and installed, so I am set for the summer.

Alison diagnosed and fixed my furnace in the same day. She was professional, friendly, and efficient with her time. She was able to troubleshoot the problem, drive back to the shop to get a part, and complete the installation in just a couple of hours.

Allison was very thorough. She installed a new thermostat after she checked our furnace and our A/C system. She ensured we knew how to operate the thermostat before she left. I recommend this business.

We had a weird experience with Ben's Heating and AC. They were quick to get us scheduled with a technician for an AC/new furnace quote. The visit was very pleasant. Keith was friendly, informative and very likeable and he said we'd receive our quote the next day. Then compete radio silence. It's been four weeks and we've reached out by email twice and have called three times. The emails have not been responded to and the front office says they don't know why we haven't received our quote, then connects us to Keith's phone and our messages are never returned. So odd!

Quality company with super awesome employees. Very responsive to our call and came out quick to the house. We recommend to our friends and will continue to use Ben’s services.
