We contacted Ben’s for a second opinion after another company quoted over $7000 of repairs to our furnace. After a thorough inspection, Alison determined the best course of action to ensure we (hopefully!) get a few more years out of it — at a cost that was significantly lower than the first company. On the day of the repairs, Alison and Joe arrived on time and had all of the repairs completed within the timeframe they defined at the time of providing the estimate. We are very happy with their work, professionalism, and responsiveness and will definitely continue to rely on Ben’s for our maintenance and repair needs!

I have been dealing with HVAC guys for 20 + years and never had such a negative experience! I sent Ben’s to look at a malfunctioning mini split for my customer. There service guy told them that the unit was much older then it was and that they could not repair it. In the mean time I received an unauthorized bill for $800+ dollars, for what? When I questioned the bill they sent it directly to my customer and got paid instead or replying to my concerns.When I discovered what they had done I reimbursed my customer for the unjust bill.
