The tech showed up to my house to service my AC and heater. He looked at my heater for maybe 5 seconds before telling me I needed a new one and refused to look at the AC claiming it would be in the same condition. I had a different company come out a week later. He was able to fix both of them and told me that my heater had balloons stuck in it which was extremely dangerous. Definitely do not recommend this company to anyone. Tech should not have a job honestly.
I am in the property management business. I gave this company tens of thousands of dollars in repairs and installations over the past 10 years. They installed the brand new HVAC system in my house with the warranty. The heat pump had issues starting year one; placed multiple service calls for various issues and paid for repairs. The heat pump is either defective or the installation was not done well. The owner, Steve, is refusing to trouble shoot the issue with the Maytag customer service technician. He tells me that I should call a different company to deal with HIS installed heat pump. I'm very disappointed that Steve, the owner, installed it and now refuses to either find the issues with Maytag warranty service or to replace the unit for a non-defective one.
Online has a whole pages about water heater maintenance and repair but when I called for an appointment (number is on the site), the person who answered said they don't do maintenance on water heaters. Please update your website, so folks in need aren't wasting their time.
We had Anderson install a furnace replacement and AC install. Through the quote process, Steve was very helpful as we looked at various options and he provided a very competitive price. Rachel and Heather did the work itself and we were very impressed with them. They worked hard for a long 12hr shift, kept a very clean work site, and were helpful/flexible with a difficult exhaust vent situation.
I chose Anderson heating & cooling for new AC and furnace installation after getting 4 quotes from other companies because of great value and nice customer reviews I read online and on Angie's list. The owner Steve came out to talk to me prior to installation and was very professional & kind. On the day of installation technition Heather and Kevin showed up on time and completed the work and they were both very nice to work with. Kevin went over everything when the work was completed and answered all my questions. He was very caring and professional! Thank You Steve, Heather and Kevin for providing excellent customer service and job well done! I will recommend you to my friends!
Def recommend 100% !!! very nice and respectful even tho they couldn't help me and was honest about it and didn't try to rip me off ...offered the help in the future if it was needed and their diagnostic charge is fair in comparison with the trip charge I need to pay for the other guys who can service my furnace:( Will Def try using them in the future especially if and when we need a new furnace (and no we aren't related...even tho I made the family discount joke..they laughed)
Anderson Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace 7/18 and we could not be happier with the entire process. After getting 3 other quotes we called Anderson on a referral from someone previously in the HVAC business. Steve responded quickly with 3 options via email and then answered our questions over the phone. The technicians arrived right on time and explained the installation process before they started and did not do anything not "standard" with asking us first. We highly recommend them.
Steve was early and provided solid recommendations. Installers were very responsive, solid communicators, clean and thorough. Very definitely recommend.
I used a Groupon to have my annual gas furnace checkup. Heather was the name of the tech who did the work. She was FANTASTIC! She was punctual, courteous, and very knowledgeable. All the techs I've met via this company have been great, but Heather tops the list. Kudos!
Sent out a Tech named Kevin, he said low on refrigerant could probably use a few lbs. Added sealer and 6lbs of refrigerant, 750$. This made absolutely no difference. He said it could be the thermal expansion valve, but he has never done one. Did a little research and found it to be a fairly typical repair. Mine being a screw connection, not a brazed connection. He said he would call another person. Over a week and never heard back, even after a call and message. Called company and they just asked if i wanted to order the part, would be at least 500$. I asked if this would fix it. They said they don't. I said I don't want to dump a bunch of money into a system and then replace it. I would rather buy a whole new system then just keep throwing parts at it. The lady told me three time I could call someone else. Horrible service. Go somewhere else, don't waste any money with these people. Can't believe a business would pass on replacing a system, just to screw someone out of 750$.
