The technician came timely, was courteous, answered all my questions to satisfaction asvised me of a couple of minor items that did not require immediate attention, but was domented to ensure next maintenace, he or another technician would revisit to ensure proper functionality. Very satified with the service.

Great job from the team at Ben's on keeping our old system alive for one more winter! Hat tip to their technicians Tyler and Carter for their outstanding work. Ben's is definitely at the top of our list when it's time to call in a pro for a full system upgrade.

Lucas took his time and checked everything out, he was kind professional and answered our questions. He never made me feel like he was taking advantage of us, he was honest and I would recommend him to anyone.

Austin & Bruce did a superb job of installing the new furnace. Neat and competent; shouldn’t be tucked away in the basement. Works beautifully!

I’m new to home ownership so I called an expert to figure out why the AC was no longer cooling. Tyler was polite but took a really long time to do the inspection and I honestly did not get much communication. I was told by the end he recommended what would be in the inspection but he did not guarantee it would fix our AC problem and to turn it off to avoid further AC issues or it would get worse and would cost even more to fix and to schedule another appointment for it to get fixed. The quote I receive was for a little less than $3k so I was pretty worried. I paid $207 and that was it. The house was even hotter and we started having a leak from the furnace up in the attic that same day. Once I looked at the estimate I noticed there were things like leak search $405, replace torn supply $1,161.96, top off refrigerant $774.69 etc so I decided to call some else to look at it. A week later and $195 it was fixed and the AC works perfectly fine. We have to schedule a second appointment for the furnace but we were quoted for less than $300. Now I’m getting emails on special financing for the things on the estimate. I’m not an expert but it all feels off. I won’t be calling them in the future.

I had a great experience with Ben's Heating and AC. Joe arrived at the exact time he said he would and was extremely professional. He wore a mask and booties which was great because I have brand new floors. He was quick to diagnose the problem and replaced my thermostat. My AC works great now! Price was reasonable! Thanks for the great service again Ben's!

It’s very nice to do business with an honest company. Courteous and efficient technicians; it was a pleasure to have them in my home. And the furnace works great!
