Ben's Heating and AC

We had Ben's move an AC unit that was very close to our patio. They gave us a good price and had it done just a few days after I called them. The guys were super nice and there were zero issues.

We interviewed three different HVAC companies to replace our 30 year old system. All three companies seem very capable, and each offered us their suggestions for the best system to meet our needs. After much a valuation, we went with Ben’s. They installed a new furnace and heat pump. The work crew was efficient, clean, and kept me informed throughout the installation. Now that we are in the heating system, everything seems to be working as promised. It’s too early to say whether we will enjoy the efficiency gains that the numbers on paper suggested.

Ben's Heating and Cooling is the BEST! They replaced our old nat gas furnace with a new Bryant that is more current technology. Clyde knew just which one to select to match our needs, by taking the time to discuss it.
Installation is very professional in function and appearance. We could not be more satisfied with the process and the outcome. Great group of people to work with. Highly Recommended!

The serviceman comes from Ben's Heating & Air Conditioning every year to do a routine inspection and tune-up on our A/C. Despite the fact that the unit is now between 18-20 years old, he has acknowledged each time that it is still working perfectly, and he has not tried to sell us a new one. The unit continues to work fine. When it does finally go, we will purchase through this company. The cost of the inspection and tune-up is very reasonable also.

I was notified that Brett would arrive within the agreed-upon time frame. He did. He did not have a mask on, but put one on when asked to. He asked if he should remove his shoes. He then looked at the unit, determined the problem and replaced the faulty part. He was efficient and polite. No complaints. We will continue to use Ben’s!

Had my furnace installed 2 years ago for a great price through this company. Everyone from the office employees to their techs are very professional and friendly. My furnace stopped working and they were able to get out here with in the week to fix it and Justin found a fuse was out of place. Quick and easy fix.

I would recommend Ben's Heating and Cooling to anyone. They are outstanding. I have used this company twice now for emergent issues and when called they have responded same day and always fixed the problem promptly. Prices are reasonable too. I will continue to use this company for all Heating and Cooling needs.

The technician (Joe) was on time, professional, knowledgeable and very personable! Ben's Heating and Air was great to work with during our install many years ago and great to work with now. I would highly recommend them!!!

Good service and the technician mentioned he was taking over the business. I decided to get a few more quotes and noticed that their service/install of a ductless heat and cooling system was by far the most expensive option. Several other hvac companies came out and with the same system and was about a 30% increase compared. Another company quoted me a 3 head system for the same cost as the service I was going to get at this company. I would recommend getting other quotes before moving forward.

I called to schedule furnace repair, the office was easy to work with, asked questions and scheduled a Tech to come take a look. Justin called ahead of the scheduled time window to update his eta and arrived on time as promised. He trouble shot the issue (correctly!), left to get a part and quickly returned to complete the repair. Super professional and and a great guy to work with.
