UPDATE: My AC stopped working in the extreme heat. Ben's answered my call and sent Angelo out right away. Other heating/AC companies can't begin to compare. I'm a very happy customer!

Wonderful service! I've used Ben's for years, and I've never been disappointed. Knowledgeable, nice people who do what needs to be done and don't try to sell me things I don't need. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks, Angelo, for a great job!

I’ve used Ben’s for 40 years for a reason. I always get prompt and efficient customer service and repair at a fair rate. Brett went above and beyond in educating us in things to watch for, as our old system continues to age. It’s a comfort to understand what to expect with our HVAC, from one who really knows. We highly recommend Ben’s especially if you need someone to count on for honest service and recommendations. Still happy after all these years.

Technician came out to look at our AC, which was not working. Poked around forever, communicated poorly, and then we got a quote for just over $3,000. Had to pay $200.00 for the visit. Because the quote was obviously ridiculous, we got someone else to come out who fixed the issue for less than $200.00. Ben's does prominently offer financing for their scam services, though, if that's your thing.

They consistently do excellent work for a fair price, and along the way they do a great job of explaining what is happening and presenting options. Brett repaired our furnace and performed some routine maintenance as well... taking the time to walk me through steps I can take to avoid or minimize future issues. We have an older furnace that needed servicing and wanted to repair rather than replace it at this time. While another company was only interested in selling us a new one, Ben’s came and got us up and running again! We are thankful to have heat and the service from Carter was fantastic! A+++

Joe H was conducting a routine maintenance and follow up on our a/c after another tech noticed a possible issue with our 6 yr old a/c last fall. We needed to wait for warmer days to really check it out. Joe gave us sound advice and eased concerns about why unit may have lost coolant. He took care of the issue at hand and we are good to go for summer. Thanks Joe!

I made an appointment to have our furnace and air conditioner cleaned. The day before our first scheduled appointment I got a call that they had a covid outbreak and needed to reschedule. I did reschedule and again the day before the appointment they asked that I reschedule because it was hot and they needed to work on air conditioners that weren't working. I agreed again to reschedule and the employee said she would not ask me to reschedule again. This morning I received a call and was told they would once again have to reschedule because of covid. I told them I will find another company to do the work.

I was so excited to utilize Ben's because of the amazing reviews and how close it is to my new house. I waited 4 weeks to get on their schedule and have a technician out to the house (Keith-who was incredibly kind, by the way). But then another 4+ weeks passed where I made multiple calls and sent multiple emails to Dana and I still never got my bid. I am a very patient and understanding person who has worked in customer service most of my life, however I have never experienced service like this. I felt like I was trying to convince a business to take my job vs. feeling like Ben's wanted my business. If they did, they would have found a way to get the bid to me (whether via mail, over the phone, or walking it 2 streets over) instead of casting blame and what felt like were excuses.

I hated writing this review because again, I have so much respect for people who are in this field, customer service in general, and really those who are just showing up for work right now but I apparently had a very abnormal experience (according to most reviews) with Ben's. This has left me feeling even more confused and especially disappointed that it did not end in any resolution (instead ended with a non response from Dana to my last email). Very discouraging.
