Ben's Heating and AC

These guys are great. I asked for my motor to get pulled out and cleaned when I had my service tech here. He recommended that I skip it this time because it all looked so clean. When I got my invoice he had included a photo of my sparkling clean motor. Ben’s Heating and air conditioning sold me my new furnace a few years ago and recommended that I get it serviced yearly. Great recommendation!

Freon leaked from system and prevented unit from working. They tested the lines and found the issue and resolved. Thank you !

Very friendly, and professional staff. The job was a total rebuild of my old furnace, which was performed on time, and thoroughly. When an issue arose concerning the A/C, the same technician was dispatched, and replaced the relay for no charge! Ben's was the only contactor that was willing to help us when our furnace stopped and funds were low! They far exceeded our expectations 😁 strongly recommended!

This is a follow-up review after having a complete heating/cooling system installed. I would give 10 stars if allowed! Ben's exceeded my expectations. The system they installed had some minor setup issues. Ben's staff were responsive and took plenty of time to ensure all of my questions & concerns were thoroughly addressed. The owner (Clyde) is a high-integrity and very knowledgable man. HIs analysis and recommendations were terrific. He is a straight-shooter, and quickly earned my trust. I highly recommend Ben's!!!

Alison is highly professional, friendly, analyst. She diagnosed the issue with the furnace in a timely manner, and had great recommendations on how to fix the problem.

Highly recommend. I use Ben's professionally on properties that we manage, but also used them recently at my personal residence. The response time was great, communication was awesome, and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. This is what I have seen on the professional level, but it was nice to see it first hand at my own residence as well. Well done, Aaron and Dana!

My dehumidifier spontaneously sprung a leak and my normal service company wouldn't even answer the phone. I called Ben's and they were able to send a tech out the same day. He fixed my problem, had all the parts he needed, was very polite, and took all proper covid precautions. I will be coming back to Ben's for service in the future.

Alison was friendly and professional. She couldn't get the problem fixed on her first visit but went above and beyond by coming back the same day to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend!!

We had Ben's install air conditioning for us this last spring and they were great! Everything was handled professionally and quickly, financing was a breeze, and the unit has been working great. The technitions were respectful and did a wonderful job to take care of our house and keep everything clean. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
