Brian Haynes came right out and gave me a good estimate on replacing my hot water tank. Then he turned around and had it installed within a few hours. I really appreciate it thanks Brian.

They sent me a phone call AND a text which I missed as I was away from my cell phone briefly. When I saw that I'd missed a call, I assumed it was the tech telling me that he was on his way. The text at 2pm said he was on his way. I did not respond to the missed call since I had the text from them. Waited over 2 hours with my dogs locked up and secured. He never came, never came. I called them and was told that he had canceled my service because I was "non responsive". Why would I have called him back after he texted me that he was on his way??? I'll use someone else.....that was not proper treatment of a possible client.

I would give zero if I could. They came out and looked at my system for 5 minutes and told me I needed a whole new system for $13000. I thankfully called for a second opinion and that guy fixed it for $300. Oh and they added too much coolant to my AC and overloaded it...

The tech that came to my house was completely open and honest. He hid nothing and gave me ALL the facts. It would have been impossible for him to have done any better

Showed me the part that was not working and then showed me the new part so I could see difference and what was wrong. Answered all questions asked of him. Didn’t treat me like a female that didn’t know anything at all, was very professional and respectful.
