Repairman came, was thoroughly professional, went to the AC spent time determining the problem, which was a fuse in the outside unit and replaced it. With a courteous goodbye he left and I had cool air.

Our technician Nicholas Callahan was prompt, easy to communicate with and kept me updated as he completed our AC tune up/inspection. I had a child napping and he made special effort to stay quiet, not waking the child even though he was working right outside his room. He sent a follow up PDF outlining his work with photos.

Air Comfort to the rescue when our heat went out during the January/February winter weather snap. We went without heat for two days and once we decided on which system to go with Kirk and Ivan came to install within two hours. Both guys were punctual and efficient. The company will even be back when a/c season comes to ensure our air is working up to standard. Thanks again guys!

My hot water heater went out on a Sunday morning. Jacob and Max showed up quickly and determined it would have to be replaced. They had it done in about 2 to 3 hours. Jacob explained everything they did to me and showed me how the heater worked. They both did a great job!

The technician called 30 minutes prior to his arrival and actually arrived within that time frame. He was polite and friendly. The technician was informative about what he was doing and why. Gave me a thorough inspection report complete w/ pics.

Alex noticed some burnt wires and incorrect connections in my outdoor panel box. He replaced the box and properly connected the wiring, labeling each breaker switch. Alex was persistent and professional in completing the task. I would recommend him for any electrical service.
