Josh and Joe for Hadley Heat and Air were excellent. They came the same day called on time!! They gave great explanation of reasons for codes and fixed air flow issues within the house to keep all of the house at a normal temp. Would highly recommend them for any services needed. Excellent job, Josh and Joe!!!

I contacted Hadley Heating for some HVAC issues and they sent out technicians the same day. Joe and Josh did an excellent job in discovering our heating issue in this winter weather. They were professional and clear in explaining what was going on with our heating system. Would highly recommend their services.

I wouldn’t use this company. They installed a mini split unit for me in June of 2020 in my music studio I built in my house. It did not work for 4 months. I also paid 5k for the unit. They would come back 2-3 times per week to try and get it going. It would work for a day and stop. They replaced it 2 different times among a lot of other trial and error solution. Twice the room flooded where the unit is. It finally started working properly in sept of 2020. Come to find out the drain they used goes into the washing machine drain. At one point the drain came out of the box and has been dripping down my wall. My wife told them that the washing machine may have wiggled it out. So they came out and put a piece of tape on it and charged her $89 because it wasn’t their fault it came out. And now I have a hole in my wall as well. However, it is their fault, because it was poor installation from the beginning. I asked for my money back in the beginning when I was without ac in the space where I earn my money. It was a miserable summer. They refused and said they’d get it working. Again 4 months later. It’s been an absolute nightmare. I really can’t believe the situation.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and timely install of my new unit. The office was quick to respond when I fist contacted them about concerns with my unit. The morning after my call, the service crew came out and identified the problem and talked me through best options. They installed a new unit at 9am the following morning. I asked a lot of questions and they were patient and understanding throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to help me out. Given all the supply chain issues and labor shortages, I was incredibly impressed with Hadley. I would recommend this firm to others.

Chris and Kelly came out to replace my failing (original to the home 2004 HVAC system.) After going round and round with the property management company for almost a month the system was replaced including the furnace and air handler up in the attic.

After two other HVAC companies came out 8 different times to "band aid" the failing and too small system (2 ton system on a 1600 sq. foot house which calls for at least a 3 ton,)

Chris and Kelly were here at 0800 and did not finish until around 1730. These guys are NOT PAID ENOUGH for their very tough and thankless job, temps in the attic where a majority of their work was performed topped 150* HVAC companies are not treated well nor appreciated by most customers, this is a tough job which requires their employees to be in good general health to be able to lift, climb, work in extremely hot temperatures all the while dealing with customers who for the most part are usually irate and all they care about is enjoying their AC system so they can watch TV.

Chris and Kelly were EXTREMELY professional, had a great attitude, and were very thorough in their work and answering my MANY , MANY questions.

If they are not making $30-40 per hour for their hard work, they need to go elsewhere that will reward them for their excellent customer service and work ethic.

If I owned this house, I would most definitely use Hadley's again and request Chris and Kelly by name to service my HVAC needs, since this is a rental house, I am at the mercy of whomever the property management company decides to use, I am one of those tenants who cares about the property I rent, I report damage as it occurs and before it can become a larger problem, I try to protect the homeowners investment. I pay my rent a month early every month, I was raised to take EXTRA SPECIAL CARE of something, especially if it doesn't belong to me and to leave it in better shape than I found it upon move-in.

OUSTANDING job Chris and Kelly, you made my house comfortable again, I have numerous health problems, among them are COPD, Asthma and Chronic Bronchitis, I am supposed to be a cool, dry environment at all times. Thank you again for your hard work at a very hard job guys!

If I were the owner of Hadley's I would at the very least give these guys a BONUS, a RAISE and some gift cards to local restaurants so they can take their wives or girlfriends to a nice dinner, treat your GREAT employees GREAT otherwise your company will fail and they will go where they are appreciated and rewarded for their hard work!
