Was scheduled for a heating system check up. Was contacted by tech as promised and he arrived shortly after. Got right work and once my check up was complete we discussed my thoughts about the unit including adding a cold air return and replacing some supply runs. He took plenty of time to hear my thoughts and we even went up into the attic to discuss in more detail. It was great customer service. That why I have used ACS exclusively since 2017.

Tyler was great today. He listened to our request of having the coil removed from our ac unit to have a fix in our house completed by another company. Gave us a great quote and will replace the coil after the works completed.
We have used ACS for our house since 2016. When we needed them, they were there.

ACS replaced my heat and air system. Response was prompt by salesman and easy. Advised I wanted to see permit copy prior to start of work. Crew showed up without permit. Office staff were not able to send me anything to show proof of permit. Disappointing. Install crew was not familiar with the unit being installed and assistance was needed to program the control board. The crew seemed more anxious to move to the next job and didn’t feel they had time to install my provided smart thermostat. I called the business and they sent service tech Andrew who did a great job installing a smart thermostat! He was familiar with the task and completed it quickly and made sure the system was cooling before leaving. Thanks Andrew! The installation failed the first inspection for a vent stack problem. ACS was prompt resolving the issue. However, this necessitated me taking additional time off work to be present for the second city permit inspection. The second inspection passed and now I’m interested in seeing how much energy this new unit saves.

For the past 12 years we have used Air Comfort solution. I have never been disappointed in the service that I’ve received very knowledgeable and great technicians that make you feel comfortable with the service. Thanks again Air Comfort solutions.

I had a water leak that had causing some damage for some time in my kitchen which resulted in needing to have sink and garbage disposal as well as replaced pipe to resolve the issue and ran a snake to clear any clogs in the line. The plumber did an excellent job of explaining issues caused by leak, included pictures to show damage, and explaining how new faucet would work. I'm an older woman and I have a hard time hearing and understanding things, but Dane did a wonderful job in assisting me with my repeated questions. Thank you, Dane!
