All techs know their business, are professional and timely. John was our most recent tech and we were very pleased with his work.

I bought an air conditioner/ heating system 4 yrs ago and get it serviced every 6 months. Ray Durant serviced my system last and I was very pleased with his work. He was very professional and went right to work. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you.

Mr Kirk did very good. He was very sympathetic to my situation and he listened even though that's not what he came for. He treated me like a person. Thank you Sir! I sincerely appreciate you. God will bless him for being a good person!

Cody was very professional and honest. He couldn't even get a reading on are air system cause it's so low on freon and leaking. And it's a R22 unit. Witch they don't even make anymore. A 14 is what they use now.The tech said we basically need a new unit. Even if they did comfort it. It would only run at 70% capacity. Great company and great communication. Thank you air comfort solutions. I hope this can be resolved. Cause we have asthma and need air.

I have had ACS out to replace a water heater, and HVAC, and most recently, a leaking spigot. Every time, the service technicians have been polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are always willing to explain things to me without condescending, and they never try to take advantage or sell me anything I don’t actually need or want. I have recommended them to friends in the past and would do so again.

Service was scheduled same day I called. Technician was friendly and professional. Problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly and at a reasonable cost all considered. The only negative was that the tech arrived about 45 min after the 5 hour quoted window. This as the first hot week in our area so likely the tech was stretched thin. I signed up for the annual service plan and will use them again

I’m very appreciative of the service from Air Comfort Solutions. It turns out we don’t have a real good water heater from when our house was built, but Gary wasn’t pushy about a new tank. He provided estimates and sent them to me to think about. Plus, he didn’t charge us a service call fee. That fact, in itself, makes me know when I do buy a new hot water heater it will be with Air Comfort Solutions!

I had the pleasure of having Bryan Trevizo assist with my family needs and he was every bit of amazing! He walked me through everything and was quick as well as very responsive and respectful. Thank you kindly sir I appreciate you and the company as a whole!

My biggest complaint is that they are so big that they have to schedule things weeks out for regular maintenance, and the time frame they give you for the date is 8am-5pm, which is hard if you work during the day. They are always professional and have good communication via text and email.

Devon was polite, professional and extremely efficient. He explained everything that he was doing and made knowledgeable recommendations on what to do. He didn’t only clean up after himself, he also cleaned up for me: he put away the hose, locked the doors, closed the garage, etc. Based on his expertise and his pleasant demeanor, I strongly recommend him and ACS. Outstanding!
