Brian Haynes was my plumber on this job and he gave us excellent service. We have had other plumbers before and they seem to take a perverse pride in shielding their field behind an impenetrable wall of jargon. That, however, is not what Brian did. Brian explained everything to us simply and concisely, was incredibly transparent about pricing, and worked the problem quickly and professionally. While I can't speak for all the plumbers or employees, I know that Mr. Haynes did right by us when we needed help. You could do so very much worse when hiring a plumber!

Amanda repiped from meter and all under the house. She was very informative and explained everything in detail where I would fully understand what was to be done. She did an amazing job both her and her helpers. All were polite and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend Amanda Shepherd for any of your plumbing needs. Thank you Air Comfort Solutions job well done!

Had an appointment for between 8-5 today, wonderful window btw. Sat at my shop all day waiting for a technician, never showed up or even called, I turned down several estimates today as I did not want to leave my shop. Called air comfort and they just said, oh, we’re really busy today, they may still show up, this was at 4:45. I know they are a big company and my ac unit is no worry to them, but I guess I’ll start calling other companies to see if they can handle the repair

ACS sent Daniel Farrow by today to help solve a drainage issue with my 1940’s vintage bathtub. He was familiar with the unusual plumbing configuration that was common back then and got the drain flowing in short order. He was professional, had the right tools and cleaned up upon completion. I am very happy with the service received.

We hired ACS to come out and install a new outlet for an electric water heater. The electrician was at our house for an hour, left a God awful mess, the outlet isn’t properly anchored into wall, it jiggles BAD, and the “new breaker”? It’s an old one that wasn’t labeled afterwards- we had to use the process of elimination to figure out which one it even is. I’m literally waiting for the City to inspect and tell us it needs to be fixed. The absolute worst part? We were charged $780 for this mess. I’m so angry and we feel so taken advantage of. Plus the electrician asked us how we felt about our plumber (because they knew them personally); 1. It’s none of your business. And 2. Our plumber went above and beyond making a very stressful situation better. The plumber was professional and kind. I expected better and our experience with ACS was awful.

We have used AC Solutions since 2016. They fixed our AC unit a few weeks ago and did great! When the heat didn't come on, they were out in a few hours, Andrew fixed it quickly and said " it's covered, no charge "! We are Greatful for AC solutions and their employees who are always very courteous....and keep us comfortable.

Quickest service available which is essential when it comes to indoors home temperature and air comfort. Perfect service with all aircon issues corrected fast. Both the diagnostic technician and the subsequent service technician who completed the repair were professional and knowledgeable. Pricing for the diagnosis, service, and parts was reasonable and appreciated.

When i need to have my Ac Unit checked out i called Air Comfort solution. They came out in a timely manner to check it out. My unit did need to be replaced and they showed me everything to make sure i understood what was going on. Then within the 1hr had the sales man come and show me a few options i could go with. once i made the decision with the next 1 somone was here to put the new one it. They did a great job installing everything then went over everything with me when done. Every i dealt with was amazing. Again they all did a great job.

Gene Helped fix the issue at hand and then helped us understand clearly the next steps needed to be taken. Really appreciate all that he did today. He took the time to fully explain what was going on and made 100% sure the problem was fixed before leaving.
