I have used Air Comfort Solutions for many years to service my mothers heating and air. They are always nice, caring and accommodating and have prioritized service calls when there were issues. I would recommend signing up for the maintenance plan. It's worth it.

I lost hot water the night before but it wasn't important enough to activate an evening repair. I called around 8am the next morning. The rep was fun to talk to and she explained everything. Within a few hours, the tech called to say he was on his way.

Upon arrival, I gave him a very quick rundown of what I had tried and noticed. Within 2 minutes he knew what the issue was and was writing up a quote to make sure I was ok with it. Another half-hour or so and the part was swapped and I could tell the tank was heating up again.

If I have other issues, I'll call them back. Quick, efficient and nice.

Robert Hall done an excellent job at communicating with me every step of the way about what he would be doing and why. I called this morning and he came out less than 30 minutes later and I am grateful for him as well as Air Comfort Solutions. Definitely recommend their services.

Codie was very professional and knowledgeable! He got my AC fixed after Omar fixed some wires. I had to wait over the weekend, but I’m happy with the service. Highly recommended! :)

EDIT for 5/31/23: Had an excellent service done to my AC going out from the gentleman named Dylan. Very professional, did excellent work with analysing the situation, broke it down to me and resolved the issue(blown fuse discovered). I highly recommend the service!

Recently had my AC unit serviced by a young man named Devin Brown and I have nothing but high praise for his service, etiquette, straightforward style of getting to business, and professionalism. If you have the maintenance tier for $30/month, I implore you to choose this young man for nothing but the best service!

We called with an emergency on a Saturday, and it was taken care of within a few hours . The company has a good communication system set up where you will know where your plumber is, and when they will be there.

Our plumber Brian was knowledgeable, respectful, and kept a good communication with us. He took care of the problem quickly.
We will use Brian again without hesitation.

Initial communication with the office staff for scheduling was easy, and she was pleasant. The price was fair for the emergency, and we appreciate the quick response.

Andrew was prompt and able to fix our problem in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond to answer questions about our generator. I highly recommend ACS for any of your service needs.
